YANGO PLAY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Terms and Definitions

Yango Play Basic Subscription means the provision of Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the part of Content for viewing and/or listening via the Internet, excluding (i) Video Content available in 4K ultra-HD resolution and (ii) Crunchyroll Channel Content.

Yango Play Premium Subscription means the provision of Subscriber and up to three (3) Family Members of Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the part of Content (including Video Content available in 4K ultra-HD resolution) for online viewing and/or listening via the Internet, but excluding Crunchyroll Channel Content.

Yango Play Subscription shall mean the provision of Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the part of the Content (including Video Content available in 4K ultra-HD resolution), excluding the Crunchyroll Channel Content, for viewing and/or listening via the Internet.

Starting from November 11, 2025 and until December 31, 2025 (inclusive) the acquisition of Yango Play Subscription in Egypt will be available only via: (a) Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), (b) vouchers distributed by Funtech’s partners, and/or (c) promotional codes distributed via Funtech’s partners campaigns. Starting from January 1, 2026 the acquisition of Yango Play Subscription will be no longer available.

Yango Play х Crunchyroll Subscription shall mean the provision of Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the part of the Content, including Video Content available in 4K resolution and the Crunchyroll Channel Content, for viewing and/or listening.

Crunchyroll Channel shall mean a “Crunchyroll” branded component (subsection) of the “Movies and Series” or “Watch” section of the Service.

Crunchyroll Channel Content shall mean, collectively, content (including any audio or video content) and materials which are made available through the Crunchyroll Channel.

4K ultra-HD resolution shall mean a Video Content format with a resolution of 2 160 x 3 840 pixels. Video Content in 4K ultra-HD resolution is available subject to Subscription plan, User’s internet service and device capabilities. Not all Video Content is available in 4K ultra-HD resolution.

Subscription Terms or Terms shall mean these Terms available at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions.

Yango Play Service or Service shall mean Yango Play Service, which Terms of Use are available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement (hereinafter - the “Terms of Use”).

Content has the meaning set out in the Terms of Use.

Subscription shall mean a Yango Play Subscription, Yango Play Basic Subscription, Yango Play Premium Subscription or a Yango Play x Crunchyroll Subscription, as applicable (collectively, the “Subscriptions”).

Subscription Content shall mean the relevant part of the Content available to the User pursuant to the respective Subscription on these Terms.

User Account shall mean a unique account of the User on the Service.

Subscriber shall mean an Internet user with User Account and with an IP address of an electronic device (or proxy server) on the Internet, which, according to Funtech, is located in Egypt, and who has purchased and/or activated the relevant Subscription, or who is a Family Member of Subscriber (as defined below).

Family Member of Subscriber shall mean an individual who resides with the Subscriber and is relative to Subscriber.

Subscription period shall mean the limited period of time specified in the User Account for which the Subscription is made and applicable fee is set.

The one-month Subscription Period is equal to thirty (30) calendar days.

The half-a-year Subscription Period is equal to one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days.

The one-year Subscription Period is equal to three hundred and sixty (360) calendar days.

Funtech shall mean Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC, registration number 2060503, located at: UAE, Dubai, Trade Center Second, The Offices 2, Unit № TO2-FLR03-03.04-2

Privacy Policy shall mean the Service’s privacy policy available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy

Apps shall mean mobile and/or smart TV apps (including, for the avoidance of doubt, different versions of such apps for different operating systems and devices) associated with the Service.

The Terms may use other definitions specified in the Terms of Use.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms establish the terms and conditions for providing the Subscriber with Subscriptions.

1.2. By purchasing a Subscription, the Subscriber shall be considered to have accepted the Terms, as well as the provisions of all documents to which the Terms refer, in full, and without any reservations and exceptions. If the Subscriber does not agree with the provisions laid out in the indicated documents, the Subscriber is required to cease using the Subscription and cancel the renewal of the Subscription.

1.3. Funtech maintains its exclusive right to make changes to the Yango Play Service, including changes and updates to these Terms. The latest version of the Terms will be valid from the date of publication on the website or in the Apps and Funtech will provide advance notice prior to the changes coming into effect in any reasonable way in compliance with applicable law. The current Terms are always available at https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions.

1.4. If Funtech introduces any changes to the Terms and/or the documents to which the Terms refer, following the procedure provided in clause 1.3. of the Terms, that the Subscriber does not agree with, the Subscriber is required to cease using the Subscription and to cancel the renewal of the Subscription. In any case wherein the Subscriber performs an action aimed at receiving remote access to the Subscription Content as part of the Subscription after being notified of the new version of the Terms and/or other documents to which the Terms refer to, Funtech can consider at its own discretion the Subscriber’s access as confirmation from the Subscriber that they agree with the new version of the Terms and the documents to which the Terms refer.

1.5. The Subscriber is entitled to access the Subscription Content primarily within the country in which the User has obtained the Subscription in accordance with these Terms and only in the territory where Funtech offers the Service and has obtained the necessary licenses to offer the Subscription Content. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that the availability of the Subscription Content or any part thereof may vary by the territory and may change from time to time due to technical reasons and/or restrictions set by the licensors with regards to certain Subscription Content, as well as other relevant reasons.

1.6. By purchasing a Subscription, the Subscriber:

1.6.1. acknowledges that they are legally competent and have reached the age required in accordance with the law to carry out the transactions provided for in the Terms;

1.6.2. guarantees the veracity of the personal information that they provided when registering and using the Yango Play Service (and/or any service of Funtech’s affiliate) and when purchasing a Subscription, and assumes all responsibility for its accuracy, fullness and veracity. The Subscriber assumes all possible risks associated with the actions that they have made with errors or inaccuracies in the personal information that they have provided;

1.6.3. confirms that they have fully read and unconditionally agreed with the Terms, and that they understand the provisions of the Terms and documents to which the Terms refers;

1.6.4. provides their consent to receive advertising and informational messages;

1.6.5. confirms their consent with the rules and terms provided in the following documents:

Privacy Policy (https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy);
Yango Play Terms of Use (https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement);
other documents given in their User Account that determine the terms according to which the User is provided with a Subscription.

1.7. Number of devices and concurrent streams available:

a) As a part of the Yango Play Subscription and Yango Play x Crunchyroll Subscription, the access to the Subscription Content is limited to the maximum of five (5) devices registered per the Subscriber, provided further that (i) a simultaneous playback of the Video Content is available on no more than two (2) such devices and (ii) a simultaneous playback of the Audio Content is available on no more than one (1) such device. Despite the foregoing, different configurations on the maximum combined number of devices and/or concurrent streams may apply in case of promotions accepted by the Subscriber.

b) As a part of Yango Play Basic Subscription, the access to the Subscription Content is limited to the maximum of two (2) devices registered per the Subscriber, provided further that (i) a simultaneous playback of the Video Content is available on no more than two (2) such devices and (ii) a simultaneous playback of the Audio Content is available on no more than one (1) such device.

c) As a part of Yango Play Premium Subscription, the access to the Subscription Content is limited to the maximum of ten (10) devices registered in total for Subscriber and Family Members of Subscriber, provided further that (i) no such Subscriber or Family Members of Subscriber may register more than five (5) devices, (ii) a simultaneous playback of the Video Content is available on no more than two (2) such devices, and (iii) a simultaneous playback of the Audio Content is available on no more than one (1) device.

For the avoidance of doubt, Funtech reserves the right to apply, in its sole discretion, any additional restrictions or limitations in respect of devices and/or concurrent streams, including, for example, to comply with licensing and right holders’ requirements.

1.8. In order to increase the attractiveness of the Subscription for Users, Funtech has the right to invite Subscribers with Yango Play Subscription and Yango Play x Crunchyroll Subscription to participate in the promotion, the terms of which are posted at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_special_family_subscription_offer. By subscribing , the relevant Subscriber with the Yango Play Subscription or User with Yango Play x Crunchyroll Subscription agrees to participate in the promotion mentioned in this clause, if such promotion offer is available to him or her.

2. The Subscription

2.1. Making a Subscription and access to the Subscription Content are only available to the User, who logged into Yango Play Service as prescribed by the Yango Play Terms of Use (https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement).

2.2. In order to access to the Subscription Content, additional information may need to be entered in the Account. The User is required to enter any missing information; otherwise, they may be refused remote access to the corresponding content.

2.3. By purchasing the Subscription, the Subscriber enters into an agreement with Funtech (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) according to the conditions provided for in these Terms. According to the Agreement, Funtech is required to provide the Subscriber with remote access to the Subscription Сontent via the Internet for the Subscription Period, and the Subscriber is required to pay the cost of the Subscription (with the exception of the cases given in clause 3.7. of the Terms).

2.4. The Subscription Period and Subscription fee amount are specified in the User Account. Unless the User Account specifies otherwise, the Subscription fee is charged for each Subscription Period determined when subscribing. Where not explicitly indicated, the Subscription fee specified in the User Account includes all applicable taxes (if any).

2.5. The User buying a Subscription via a mobile app store shall pay for the Subscription as specified in this Clause.

The fee payment based on the technology “In App Subscription”, provided by Apple Inc., as well as the automatic renewal of the Subscription shall be conducted based on the terms posted on the Internet at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ww.

The fee payment based on the technology “In-app Billing Subscriptions”, provided by Google Inc., as well as the automatic renewal of the Subscription shall be conducted based on the terms posted on the Internet at: https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html

2.6. The User buying a Subscription shall pay for the Subscription as specified in this Clause (not applicable for Users who purchase the Subscription in the mobile app store). In order to make a Subscription and further pay for it, the User buying a Subscription may link his or her bank card and/or electronic payment instrument to his or her User Account (the "Linked Card"). For the purposes of these Terms, any bank card and/or electronic payment instrument linked to the User Account (including those linked when, prior to, or after making a Subscription) shall be deemed to be a Linked Card.

The User may choose one of the Linked cards as the preferred payment method using by Funtech for debiting the Subscription fee; all other Linked cards will be deemed as alternative payment method. The User hereby agrees that in case the Funtech failed to debit the Subscription fee from the Linked card chosen by the User as the preferred payment method, the Funtech may debit any of the Linked Cards with the amount equal to the Subscription fee on a monthly basis until the Subscriber cancels the Subscription’s renewal.

To confirm the validity of a Linked Card, Funtech may charge (hold) the amount up to EGP 9,99 to be refunded to the User who bought the Subscription, if the transaction is successful. Failure to charge the said amount means that it is impossible to add this Linked Card and subscribe/pay for the Subscription.

When the User enters the Linked Card data and further uses the Linked Card, he or she confirms and guarantees that he or she has specified the accurate and complete data of the valid bank card issued in his or her name; he or she complies with the rules of international payment systems and the requirements of the issuing bank that has issued the Linked Card, inter alia, in terms of non-cash settlements; he or she specified the accurate and complete data of the electronic payment instrument; he or she complies with the e-money operator's requirements.

Funtech reserves the right to require at any time the User to confirm the details specified in the User Account, including the details of the Linked Card, and request supporting documents (in particular, identity documents); if Funtech decides so, failure to provide these documents is equivalent to the provision of unreliable information and may have consequences stipulated by Clause 3.1 of the Terms.

2.7. Remote access to the Subscription shall be considered to be provided to the User for the Subscription period in full from the moment the User pays for the Subscription in Funtech’s server, provided that the fact of payment is reflected in Funtech’s electronic accounting system (or from different time in cases specified in the Account).

Funtech's obligations to provide the Subscriber with remote access to the Subscription shall be considered fulfilled to the Subscriber, regardless of whether the User requested the corresponding performance from Funtech during the Subscription Period.

2.8. When subscribing from the Account, the User agrees that for each Subscription Period the User determined when subscribing the Funtech may, as an advance fee, charge the Subscription fee (subscriber fee) set by Funtech on the day of payment until the Subscriber decides not to renew the Subscription for the next Subscription Period.

2.9. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Subscription is automatically made for an indefinite period of time from the date the first Subscription Period is paid for. The User buying the Subscription may refuse to renew the Subscription for the next Subscription Period in the User Account. In this case, the Subscription (namely, the User’s remote access to the Subscription Content shall be terminated on the day after the last day of the paid Subscription Period. Moreover, Funtech can terminate the Subscription according to the cases indicated in the Terms and provided that the Subscriber is notified.

If the User's bank/credit card provider challenges a transaction carried out using a bank card to pay for the Subscription, Funtech may treat it as the User's refusal from Subscription from the date Funtech receives the corresponding request from the User's bank/credit card provider.

2.9.1. If the balance of the Linked Card is insufficient to renew the Subscription, Funtech may choose not to cancel the User's access to the Subscription until the Linked Card is debited with the subscription fee amount. Funtech may treat a long-term insufficient balance of the Linked Card as the User's refusal to renew the Subscription from the date the unpaid Subscription Period begins.

2.10. By accepting the Terms, the User buying the Subscription and using the User Account consents to the regular automatic debiting of his/her account to pay for the Subscription and acknowledges that debit orders issued under this clause of the Terms are those of the User, and both the processing center and the acquiring bank's actions taken to debit the User account in accordance with this Clause of the Terms are performed with the User's consent.

Automatic debiting under this clause of the Terms begins subject to the following:

the User enters all the required details of the Linked Card;
the automatic Linked Card debiting service is activated as follows: automatically when the first payment is made;
by clicking the Subscribe button (or any other similar button), which shall mean the User consents with these Terms.

2.11. The data on use of the Funtech transmitted in accordance with the Subscription Terms is stored and processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy. The User gives consent to Funtech to process his/her personal data provided to Funtech when using the Yango Play Service as part of the Subscription (including when access to the Subscription Content is provided as well as when purchasing and paying for the Subscription) to fulfill the Terms, including to transfer his/her personal data to third parties, which Funtech engaged to fulfill their rights and obligations in accordance with the Terms.

2.12. The User shall independently check the Subscription status in the User Account (paid Subscription period, Subscription cost, list of available Content, which may change, including having Subscription Content added and/or removed) as well as to track any changes and additions to the Terms (https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions) in the User Account and in prior notice which shall become effective from the date of making corresponding change in the User Account (unless another effective date for change is indicated in the User Account) or at the specified web-pages or in prior notice.

2.13.The User accepts and agrees that Funtech can make any changes to the list of Subscription Content and/or the Subscription Content itself. The User accepts and agrees that although remote access to the Subscription Content is provided, specific components of the Subscription Content may be unavailable. Some components of the Subscription Content may be unavailable to the User in accordance with the terms of the document regulating their use. The Rightholder at its sole discretion determines the Content available through the Service. Funtech is not responsible for availability or unavailability of some components of the Subscription Content.

2.14. In case the User purchases the Subscription via mobile app store or a third-party – either as a standalone service or as a part of a bundled offering - the relations between the User and Funtech in terms of paying for the Subscription, the Subscription period, cancellation or renewal of the Subscription, the conditions for providing a free Subscription period, shall be governed by these Terms. This applies unless otherwise specified in the terms of the mobile app store or third-party provider through which the Subscription is obtained (whether as a standalone or bundled service), which terms the User accepts when subscribing.

2.15. In case the User has an existing Subscription (except for Subscriptions purchased through telecom operators or mobile application stores), when purchasing a Subscription with a wider content, the validity period of the first Subscription shall be suspended and after deactivation of the last Subscription shall be renewed for the validity period of the previously unused prepaid period of the first Subscription without further extension.

2.16. In the event that the User has a Subscription provided at no charge, but with the condition of paid extension of the Subscription from the date of termination of the free period, and the User purchases another Subscription during such free period (including if the Subscription is suspended in accordance with the provisions of clause 2.15 of the Terms and Conditions), Funtech is entitled to prematurely terminate the User's access to the free period of the first Subscription activated by the User without further extension.

2.17. Some Subscriptions may only be available for activation within a specific Subscription period (one month, one year, half a year) and may not be available for activation through the mobile app store and/or telecom operators.

3. Other terms and conditions. Restrictions.

3.1. Funtech reserves the right, at their own discretion, to deny the User access to the Subscription, restrict the User’s access to the Subscription, block the User Account, including, but not limited to, upon detecting that the User provided incomplete or false information, or upon detecting that the User violated this Terms or the legislation of the country of the User location.

3.2. Funtech has the right to unilaterally change the Subscription fee amount provided that the Subscriber is notified of such change and is able to cancel the subscription. If the User purchased and paid for the Subscription (with automatic renewal of the Subscription), they shall be notified of such a change 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the changes coming into effect by the following method (at Funtech’s discretion): (a) by publishing a new version of the Terms at https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions and sending it to the Subscriber by email, or (b) by publishing information about the new Subscription fee amount in the User Account or in the AppStore or GooglePlay mobile app store or other telecommunication channels and notifying the User. However, the cost of the Subscription Period actually paid by the User at the time the corresponding change was made shall not be subject to change.

3.3. As a general rule, User identification is done according to User’s Account data. Funtech has the right to use any data for User identification, including information about the User who paid the fee, where such identification does not violate the rights of the parties, the rights of third parties, and the existing legislation.

3.4. Unless otherwise directly authorized to the User by Funtech, the User does not have the right to transfer the rights and/or obligations provided for in the Subscription to third parties, either for a free or free of charge.

3.5. The User is required not to abuse the remote access to the Subscription Content that they have been provided with, including not carrying out actions aimed at the use of the Subscription Content in the interests of third parties.

3.6. The User is required to comply with the requirements of all documents regulating the conditions of use of the corresponding services and provision of the Subscription.

3.7. If the User is provided with access to the Subscription without independently purchasing or paying for the Subscription, then that User, by performing any actions aimed at receiving remote access to Subscription content as part of the Subscription, confirms that he/she agree to these Terms and has to comply with them.

3.8. Funtech shall take all reasonable measures and carry out any appropriate actions aimed at maintaining the functionality of the Yango Play Service, within which remote access to Subscription Content as a part of Subscription is provided. However, the User shall be aware of the possibility of technical malfunctions and failures in the operation of the Yango Play Service, and agrees that Funtech does not have the technical ability to predict when and how they will occur, nor notify the User about them in advance, nor completely exclude the possibility of their occurrence. The occurrence of such malfunctions or failures, regardless of the causes and consequences, cannot be the basis for applying liability measures to Funtech.

3.10. Funtech has the right to engage third parties for the purposes of invoking or exercising their rights in accordance with these terms, at their own discretion.

3.11. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and any dispute concerning these Terms or their interpretation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC courts (including Small Claims Tribunal for Claims).

اشتراكYango Play basic يُقصد به منح المستخدم إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى باستثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت باستثناء (أ) محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎ و(ب) محتوى قناة Crunchyroll.

اشتراكYango Play premium يُقصد به منح المستخدم وبحد أقصى ثلاثة من أفراد أسرة المشترك إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، للحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى بما في ذلك (أ) محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎ من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت ، مع استثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll

اشتراك Yango Play يعني تمكين المشترك، مقابل رسم مالي ولفترة زمنية محدودة، من الحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى (بما في ذلك محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎)، مع استثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، وذلك للمشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت.

اعتبارًا من 11 نوفمبر 2025، لن يكون الحصول على اشتراك Yango Play في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة متاحًا إلا من خلال:

(أ) الفوترة المباشرة عبر المشغّل (DCB)،

(ب) القسائم الموزَّعة من قِبل شركاء Funtech، و/أو

(ج) الرموز الترويجية الموزَّعة عبر حملات شركاء Funtech.

اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2026، لن يكون الحصول على اشتراك Yango Play متاحًا بعد ذلك.

اشتراك Yango Play х Crunchyroll يعني تمكين المشترك، مقابل رسم مالي ولفترة زمنية محدودة، من الحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى، بما في ذلك محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K‎ بالإضافة إلى محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، وذلك للمشاهدة و/أو الاستماع.

اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll يُقصد به منح المستخدم إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى، بما في ذلك محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع.

قناة Crunchyroll يُقصد بها قسم يحمل علامة "Crunchyroll" ضمن قسم "الأفلام والمسلسلات" أو "المشاهدة" من الخدمة.

محتوى قناة Crunchyroll يُقصد به مجمل المحتوى (بما في ذلك أي محتوى صوتي أو مرئي) والمواد التي يتم توفيرها من خلال قناة Crunchyroll.

4K Ultra-HD صيغة فيديو بدقة ‎3,840 × 2,160‎ بكسل. يتاح محتوى الفيديو بدقّة 4K Ultra-HD وفقًا لخطة الاشتراك الخاصة بك، وخدمة الإنترنت لديك، وإمكانات جهازك. ليس كل محتوى الفيديو متاحًا بدقّة 4K Ultra-HD

شروط الاشتراك أو الشروط يُقصد بها هذه الشروط المتاحة على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions

خدمة Yango Play أو الخدمة يُقصد بها خدمة Yango Play، التي تتوفر شروط استخدامها على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement، (ويُشار إليها فيما بعد بـ "شروط الاستخدام").

المحتوى له المعنى الوارد في شروط الاستخدام.

الاشتراك يُقصد به اشتراك Yango Play أو اشتراك Yango Play basic او اشتراكYango Play premium او اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll، حسب الاقتضاء (ويُشار إليهما معًا فيما بعد بـ "الاشتراكات").

المحتوى المشمول بالاشتراك يُقصد به الجزء المعني من المحتوى المتاح للمستخدم بموجب الاشتراك المعني وفقًا لهذه الشروط.

حساب المستخدم يعني الحساب الفريد للمستخدم في الخدمة.

المشترك يُقصد به مستخدم الإنترنت الذي يملك حساب مستخدم وعنوان بروتوكول إنترنت (IP) لجهاز إلكتروني (أو خادم وكيل) على شبكة الإنترنت، والموجود، بحسب Funtech، في دولة مصر، والذي قام بشراء و/أو تفعيل الاشتراك المعني، أو هو أحد أفراد عائلة المشترك (كما هو مبيّن أدناه)

أحد أفراد عائلة المشترك: يُقصد به أي فرد يقيم مع المشترك ويكون من أقاربه

فترة الاشتراك تُقصد بها الفترة الزمنية المحدودة المحددة في حساب المستخدم والتي يتم خلالها تنفيذ الاشتراك وتحديد الرسوم المستحقة.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة شهر واحد وتساوي ثلاثين (30) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة نصف عام تعادل مئة وثمانين (180) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة عام كامل تعادل ثلاثمئة وستين (360) يومًا تقويميًا.

Funtech تعني Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC، رقم التسجيل 2060503، وموقعها في: الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دبي، المركز التجاري الثاني، المكاتب 2، وحدة رقم TO2-FLR03-03.04-2

سياسة الخصوصية تعني سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالخدمة والمتاحة على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy

التطبيقات تعني تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة و/أو التلفزيون الذكي (بما في ذلك، ولرفع أي شك، الإصدارات المختلفة من هذه التطبيقات لأنظمة التشغيل والأجهزة المختلفة) المرتبطة بالخدمة.

يجوز أن تستخدم الشروط تعريفات أخرى محددة في شروط الاستخدام.

1. الأحكام العامة

1.1. تشكل هذه الشروط الأحكام والضوابط الخاصة بتقديم الاشتراكات للمشترك.

1.2. من خلال شراء الاشتراك، يعتبر المشترك قد قبل الشروط، وكذلك أحكام جميع المستندات التي تشير إليها الشروط، بالكامل، ودون أي تحفظات واستثناءات. إذا لم يوافق المشترك على الأحكام المنصوص عليها في المستندات المشار إليها، فيجب على المشترك التوقف عن استخدام الاشتراك وإلغاء تجديد الاشتراك.

1.3. تحتفظ Funtech بحقها الحصري في إجراء تغييرات على خدمة Yango Play، بما في ذلك التعديلات والتحديثات على هذه الشروط. سيكون أحدث إصدار من الشروط ساريًا اعتبارًا من تاريخ النشر على موقع الويب أو في التطبيقات وستقدم Funtech إشعارًا مسبقًا قبل دخول التغييرات حيز التنفيذ بأي طريقة معقولة بما يتوافق مع القانون المعمول به. الشروط الحالية متاحة دائماً على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions .

1.4. إذا أدخلت Funtech أي تغييرات على الشروط و/أو المستندات التي تشير إليها الشروط، باتباع الإجراء المنصوص عليه في البند 1.3. من الشروط التي لا يوافق عليها المشترك، يتعين على المشترك التوقف عن استخدام الاشتراك وإلغاء تجديد الاشتراك. في أي حالة يقوم فيها المشترك بإجراء يهدف إلى الحصول على الوصول عن بعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك كجزء من الاشتراك بعد إخطاره بالإصدار الجديد من الشروط و/أو المستندات الأخرى التي تشير إليها الشروط، يمكن لشركة Funtech أن تعتبر، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، وصول المشترك بمثابة تأكيد من المشترك على موافقته على الإصدار الجديد من الشروط والمستندات التي تشير إليها الشروط.

1.5. يحق للمشترك الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك بشكل أساسي داخل البلد الذي حصل فيه المستخدم على الاشتراك وفقًا لهذه الشروط وفقط في المنطقة التي تقدم فيها Funtech الخدمة وحصلت فيها على التراخيص اللازمة لتقديم محتوى الاشتراك. يقر المشترك ويوافق بموجب هذا على أن توفر محتوى الاشتراك أو أي جزء منه قد يختلف حسب المنطقة وقد يتغير من وقت لآخر لأسباب فنية و/أو القيود التي يضعها المرخصون فيما يتعلق بمحتوى اشتراك معين، بالإضافة إلى الأسباب الأخرى ذات الصلة.

1.6. من خلال شراء الاشتراك، يقوم المشترك بما يلي:

1.6.1. يقر بأنه مؤهل قانونًا وقد بلغ السن المطلوب وفقًا للقانون لتنفيذ المعاملات المنصوص عليها في الشروط.

1.6.2. يضمن المشترك صحة المعلومات الشخصية التي قدمها عند التسجيل واستخدام خدمة Yango Play (و/أو أي خدمة تابعة لشركة Funtech) وعند شراء الاشتراك، ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن دقتها وكمالها وصحتها. يتحمل المشترك جميع المخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالإجراءات التي قام بها نتيجة للأخطاء أو عدم الدقة في المعلومات الشخصية التي قدمها.

1.6.3. يُقرّ بأنه قد قرأ الشروط بالكامل ووافق عليها دون قيد أو شرط، وأنه يفهم أحكام الشروط والمستندات المشار إليها فيها.

1.6.4. تقديم موافقته على تلقي الرسائل الإعلانية والإعلامية.

1.6.5. يؤكد موافقته على القواعد والشروط المنصوص عليها في المستندات التالية:

المستندات الأخرى الواردة في حساب المستخدم الخاص به والتي تحدد الشروط التي يتم بموجبها تزويد المستخدم بالاشتراك.

1.7. عدد الأجهزة والبث المتزامن المتاح:

أ) كجزء من اشتراك Yango Play واشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll، يكون الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك محدودًا بحد أقصى خمسة (5) أجهزة مسجلة لكل مشترك، على أن (i) يكون تشغيل الفيديو في وقت واحد متاحًا على ما لا يزيد عن جهازين (2) من هذه الأجهزة، و(ii) يكون تشغيل الصوت في وقت واحد متاحًا على جهاز (1) واحد فقط من هذه الأجهزة. ومع ذلك، قد تُطبَّق تكوينات مختلفة على الحد الأقصى المشترك لعدد الأجهزة و/أو البث المتزامن في حالة العروض الترويجية التي يقبلها المشترك.

ب) كجزء من اشتراك Yango Play Basic، يكون الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك محدودًا بحد أقصى جهازين (2) أجهزة مسجلة لكل مشترك، على أن (i) يكون تشغيل الفيديو في وقت واحد متاحًا على ما لا يزيد عن جهازين (2) من هذه الأجهزة، و(ii) يكون تشغيل الصوت في وقت واحد متاحًا على جهاز (1) واحد فقط من هذه الأجهزة.

ج) كجزء من اشتراك Yango Play Premium، يكون الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك محدودًا بحد أقصى عشرة (10) أجهزة مسجلة إجمالًا للمشترك وأفراد عائلته، على أن (i) لا يجوز لأي مشترك أو أي من أفراد عائلته تسجيل أكثر من خمسة (5) أجهزة، و(ii) يكون تشغيل الفيديو في وقت واحد متاحًا على ما لا يزيد عن جهازين (2) من هذه الأجهزة، و(iii) يكون تشغيل الصوت في وقت واحد متاحًا على جهاز (1) واحد فقط.

ولرفع أي لبس، تحتفظ شركة Funtech بالحق، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، في تطبيق أي قيود أو حدود إضافية فيما يتعلق بالأجهزة و/أو البث المتزامن، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال، الامتثال لمتطلبات الترخيص وحقوق أصحاب الحقوق.

1.8. من أجل زيادة جاذبية الاشتراك للمستخدمين، يحق لشركة Funtech دعوة المشتركين في اشتراك Yango Play واشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll للمشاركة في العرض الترويجي، الذي يتم نشر شروطه على الرابط التالي:

وباشتراك المشترك في Yango Play أو المستخدم في Yango Play x Crunchyroll، فإنه يوافق على المشاركة في العرض الترويجي المذكور في هذا البند، إذا كان هذا العرض متاحًا له أو لها

2. الاشتراك

2.1. يُتاح إجراء الاشتراك والوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك فقط للمستخدم الذي قام بتسجيل الدخول إلى خدمة Yango Play وفقًا لما هو منصوص عليه في شروط استخدام Yango Play " https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement ".

2.2. من أجل الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك، قد يلزم إدخال معلومات إضافية في الحساب. يُطلب من المستخدم إدخال أي معلومات ناقصة، وفي حال عدم القيام بذلك، قد يُرفض منحه الوصول عن بُعد إلى المحتوى المعني.

2.3. من خلال شراء الاشتراك، يُبرم المشترك اتفاقًا مع شركة Funtech (ويُشار إليه فيما بعد بـ "الاتفاق") وفقًا للشروط المنصوص عليها في هذه الأحكام. بموجب الاتفاقية، يتعين على Funtech تزويد المشترك بإمكانية الوصول عن بعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك عبر الإنترنت لفترة الاشتراك، ويتعين على المشترك دفع تكلفة الاشتراك (باستثناء الحالات الواردة في البند 3.7 من الشروط).

2.4. يتم تحديد مدة الاشتراك ومبلغ رسوم الاشتراك في حساب المستخدم. ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك في حساب المستخدم، تُفرض رسوم الاشتراك عن كل فترة اشتراك يتم تحديدها عند الاشتراك. ما لم يُذكر صراحة، فإن رسوم الاشتراك المحددة في حساب المستخدم تشمل جميع الضرائب المطبقة (إن وجدت)

2.5. يجب على المستخدم الذي يشتري اشتراكًا عبر متجر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول أن يدفع مقابل الاشتراك كما هو محدد في هذا البند.

سيتم دفع الرسوم بناءً على تقنية "الاشتراك داخل التطبيق"، التي تقدمها شركة Apple، بالإضافة إلى التجديد التلقائي للاشتراك بناءً على الشروط المنشورة على الإنترنت على: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ww .

يتم دفع الرسوم بناءً على تقنية "اشتراكات الفوترة داخل التطبيق"، التي تقدمها شركة Google، بالإضافة إلى التجديد التلقائي للاشتراك بناءً على الشروط المنشورة على الإنترنت على: https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html

2.6. يجب على المستخدم الذي يشتري الاشتراك أن يدفع ثمن الاشتراك كما هو محدد في هذا البند (لا ينطبق على المستخدمين الذين يشترون الاشتراك في متجر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول). من أجل إجراء اشتراك ودفع المزيد من أجله، يجوز للمستخدم الذي يشتري اشتراكًا ربط بطاقته المصرفية و/أو وسيلة الدفع الإلكترونية بحساب المستخدم الخاص به ("البطاقة المرتبطة"). ولأغراض هذه الشروط، تعتبر أي بطاقة مصرفية و/أو وسيلة دفع إلكترونية مرتبطة بحساب المستخدم (بما في ذلك تلك المرتبطة عند الاشتراك أو قبله أو بعده) بمثابة بطاقة مرتبطة.

يجوز للمستخدم اختيار إحدى البطاقات المرتبطة كطريقة الدفع المفضلة التي تستخدمها شركة Funtech لخصم رسوم الاشتراك، وتُعتبر جميع البطاقات المرتبطة الأخرى وسائل بديلة للدفع. ويوافق المستخدم بموجب هذا على أنه في حال فشل Funtech في خصم رسوم الاشتراك من البطاقة المفضلة التي اختارها، فإنه يحق لـ Funtech خصم المبلغ المعادل لرسوم الاشتراك من أي بطاقة مرتبطة أخرى على أساس شهري، إلى حين قيام المشترك بإلغاء تجديد الاشتراك.

ولغرض تأكيد صلاحية البطاقة المرتبطة، يجوز لـ Funtech خصم (أو حجز) مبلغ يصل إلى 9.99 جينه مصري (لمصر ( ويتم رد هذا المبلغ إلى المستخدم في حال نجاح المعاملة. الفشل في تحصيل المبلغ المذكور يعني أنه من المستحيل إضافة هذه البطاقة المرتبطة والاشتراك/الدفع مقابل الاشتراك.

عندما يقوم المستخدم بإدخال بيانات البطاقة المرتبطة ويستخدم البطاقة المرتبطة أيضًا، فإنه يؤكد ويضمن أنه قد حدد البيانات الدقيقة والكاملة للبطاقة المصرفية الصالحة الصادرة باسمه؛ يلتزم بقواعد أنظمة الدفع الدولية ومتطلبات البنك المصدر الذي أصدر البطاقة المرتبطة، من بين أمور أخرى، فيما يتعلق بالتسويات غير النقدية؛ قام بتحديد البيانات الدقيقة والكاملة لأداة الدفع الإلكتروني؛ يلتزم بمتطلبات مشغل النقود الإلكترونية.

تحتفظ Funtech بالحق في مطالبة المستخدم في أي وقت بتأكيد التفاصيل التي حددها في حساب المستخدم، بما في ذلك تفاصيل البطاقة المرتبطة، وطلب المستندات الداعمة (على وجه الخصوص، مستندات الهوية)؛ إذا قررت Funtech ذلك، فإن الفشل في تقديم هذه المستندات قد يعادل تقديم معلومات غير موثوقة ويكون له عواقب منصوص عليها في البند 3.1 من الشروط.

2.7. يعتبر الوصول عن بعد إلى الاشتراك مقدمًا للمستخدم لفترة الاشتراك بالكامل من لحظة قيام المستخدم بدفع ثمن الاشتراك في خادم Funtech، بشرط أن تنعكس حقيقة الدفع في نظام المحاسبة الإلكتروني الخاص بـ Funtech (أو من أوقات مختلفة في الحالات المحددة في الحساب).

تعتبر التزامات Funtech بتزويد المشترك بإمكانية الوصول عن بعد إلى الاشتراك مستوفاة للمشترك، بغض النظر عما إذا كان المستخدم قد طلب الأداء المقابل من Funtech خلال فترة الاشتراك.

2.8. عند الاشتراك من خلال الحساب، يوافق المستخدم على أنه خلال كل فترة اشتراك يحددها عند الاشتراك، يجوز لشركة Funtech أن تخصم مقدمًا رسوم الاشتراك (رسوم المشترك) المحددة من قبلها في يوم الدفع، وذلك حتى يقرر المشترك عدم تجديد الاشتراك للفترة التالية.

2.9. يقر المستخدم ويوافق على أن الاشتراك يتم تلقائيًا لفترة غير محددة من تاريخ سداد فترة الاشتراك الأولى. يجوز للمستخدم الذي يشتري الاشتراك أن يرفض تجديد الاشتراك لفترة الاشتراك التالية في حساب المستخدم. في هذه الحالة، يتم إنهاء الاشتراك (أي الوصول عن بُعد للمستخدم إلى محتوى الاشتراك) في اليوم التالي لآخر يوم من فترة الاشتراك المدفوعة. علاوة على ذلك، يمكن لشركة Funtech إنهاء الاشتراك وفقًا للحالات الموضحة في الشروط بشرط إخطار المشترك.

إذا اعترض البنك/مزود بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بالمستخدم على معاملة تم تنفيذها باستخدام بطاقة مصرفية لدفع ثمن الاشتراك، فقد تتعامل Funtech مع الأمر على أنه رفض المستخدم للاشتراك اعتبارًا من تاريخ استلام Funtech الطلب المقابل من البنك/مزود بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بالمستخدم.

2.9.1. إذا كان رصيد البطاقة المرتبطة غير كافٍ لتجديد الاشتراك، فقد تختار Funtech عدم إلغاء وصول المستخدم إلى الاشتراك حتى يتم خصم مبلغ رسوم الاشتراك من البطاقة المرتبطة. قد تتعامل Funtech مع الرصيد غير الكافي على المدى الطويل للبطاقة المرتبطة على أنه رفض المستخدم تجديد الاشتراك اعتبارًا من تاريخ بدء فترة الاشتراك غير المدفوعة.

2.10. من خلال قبول الشروط، يوافق المستخدم الذي يشتري الاشتراك واستخدام حساب المستخدم على الخصم التلقائي المنتظم من حسابه لدفع ثمن الاشتراك ويقر بأن أوامر الخصم الصادرة بموجب هذا البند من الشروط هي أوامر المستخدم، و يتم تنفيذ الإجراءات التي يتخذها كل من مركز المعالجة والبنك المستفيد للخصم من حساب المستخدم وفقًا لهذا البند من الشروط بموافقة المستخدم.

يبدأ الخصم التلقائي بموجب هذا البند من الشروط وفقًا لما يلي:

يقوم المستخدم بإدخال جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة للبطاقة المرتبطة؛

يتم تنشيط خدمة الخصم التلقائي للبطاقة المرتبطة على النحو التالي: تلقائيًا عند إجراء الدفعة الأولى؛

بالنقر على زر الاشتراك (أو أي زر آخر مشابه)، يعني ذلك موافقة المستخدم على هذه الشروط.

2.11. يتم تخزين ومعالجة البيانات المتعلقة باستخدام خدمات Funtech، والمُرسلة وفقًا لشروط الاشتراك، بما يتوافق مع سياسة الخصوصية. ويمنح المستخدم موافقته لشركة Funtech على معالجة بياناته الشخصية المقدمة عند استخدامه لخدمة Yango Play كجزء من الاشتراك (بما في ذلك عند توفير الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك وكذلك عند شراء الاشتراك ودفع قيمته)، وذلك من أجل تنفيذ هذه الشروط، بما في ذلك نقل بياناته الشخصية إلى أطراف ثالثة تتعاون معها Funtech لتنفيذ حقوقها والتزاماتها بموجب هذه الشروط.

2.12. يجب على المستخدم التحقق بنفسه من حالة الاشتراك في حسابه الشخصي (فترة الاشتراك المدفوعة، تكلفة الاشتراك، قائمة المحتوى المتاح والتي قد تتغير، بما في ذلك إضافة و/أو إزالة محتوى الاشتراك)، وكذلك متابعة أي تغييرات أو إضافات على الشروط ( https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions ) سواءً من خلال الحساب الشخصي أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة، وتُصبح هذه التغييرات سارية اعتبارًا من تاريخ إدخال التعديل في الحساب الشخصي (ما لم يُذكر تاريخ سريان مختلف في الحساب الشخصي) أو على الصفحات الإلكترونية المحددة أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة.

2.13. يُقرّ ويوافق المستخدم على أن شركة Funtech يحق لها إجراء أي تغييرات على قائمة محتوى الاشتراك و/أو على محتوى الاشتراك نفسه. كما يُقرّ ويوافق المستخدم على أنه رغم توفير الوصول عن بُعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك، فقد تكون بعض المكونات المحددة من هذا المحتوى غير متاحة. وقد تكون بعض مكونات محتوى الاشتراك غير متاحة للمستخدم وفقًا لشروط الوثائق التي تنظم استخدامها. ويقوم صاحب الحقوق، وفقًا لتقديره الخاص، بتحديد المحتوى المتاح من خلال الخدمة. Funtech ليست مسؤولة عن توفر أو عدم توفر بعض مكونات محتوى الاشتراك.

2.14. في حال قام المستخدم بشراء الاشتراك عبر متجر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول أو من خلال طرف ثالث – سواء كخدمة مستقلة أو كجزء من عرض مجمّع – فإن العلاقة بين المستخدم وشركة فانتك فيما يتعلق بدفع رسوم الاشتراك، وفترة الاشتراك، وإلغاء أو تجديد الاشتراك، وشروط توفير فترة اشتراك مجانية، ستكون خاضعة لهذه الشروط. ويُطبَّق ذلك ما لم يُنص على خلافه في شروط متجر التطبيقات أو مزوّد الطرف الثالث الذي تم الحصول على الاشتراك من خلاله (سواء كخدمة مستقلة أو ضمن عرض مجمّع)، وهي الشروط التي يوافق عليها المستخدم عند الاشتراك

2.15. في حال كان لدى المستخدم اشتراك قائم (باستثناء الاشتراكات التي تم شراؤها عبر شركات الاتصالات أو متاجر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول)، وقام بشراء اشتراك يحتوي على محتوى أوسع، يتم تعليق فترة صلاحية الاشتراك الأول، وبعد إلغاء تفعيل الاشتراك الأخير، يُستأنف الاشتراك الأول للفترة المدفوعة مسبقًا غير المستخدمة، دون أي تمديد إضافي.

2.16. في حال كان لدى المستخدم اشتراك مجاني، ولكن بشرط تمديده مقابل رسوم ابتداءً من تاريخ انتهاء الفترة المجانية، وقام المستخدم بشراء اشتراك آخر خلال هذه الفترة المجانية (بما في ذلك إذا تم تعليق الاشتراك وفقًا لأحكام البند 2.15 من الشروط والأحكام)، يحق لشركة Funtech إنهاء وصول المستخدم إلى الفترة المجانية للاشتراك الأول الذي قام بتفعيله بشكل مبكر، دون أي تمديد إضافي.

2.17. قد تكون بعض الاشتراكات متاحة للتفعيل فقط خلال فترة اشتراك محددة (شهر واحد، سنة واحدة، نصف سنة)، وقد لا تكون متاحة للتفعيل من خلال متجر تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول و/أو شركات الاتصالات.

3. شروط وأحكام أخرى. القيود.

3.1. تحتفظ Funtech بالحق، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، في رفض وصول المستخدم إلى الاشتراك، وتقييد وصول المستخدم إلى الاشتراك، وحظر حساب المستخدم، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، عند اكتشاف أن المستخدم قدم معلومات غير كاملة أو خاطئة، أو عند اكتشاف أن المستخدم انتهك هذه الشروط أو تشريعات البلد الذي يقع فيه موقع المستخدم.

3.2. يحق لـ Funtech تغيير مبلغ رسوم الاشتراك من جانب واحد بشرط أن يتم إخطار المشترك بهذا التغيير وأن يكون قادرًا على إلغاء الاشتراك. إذا قام المستخدم بشراء ودفع رسوم الاشتراك (مع تفعيل التجديد التلقائي للاشتراك)، فسيتم إشعاره بأي تغيير قبل 30 (ثلاثين) يومًا تقويميًا من دخول التغييرات حيز التنفيذ، وذلك بإحدى الطرق التالية (وفقًا لتقدير شركة Funtech): (أ) نشر نسخة جديدة من الشروط على الرابط: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions وإرسالها إلى المشترك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، أو (ب) نشر معلومات حول قيمة رسوم الاشتراك الجديدة في حساب المستخدم أو في متجر التطبيقات App Store أو Google Play أو عبر قنوات الاتصالات الأخرى، مع إشعار المستخدم بذلك. ومع ذلك، فإن تكلفة فترة الاشتراك التي دفعها المستخدم فعليًا في وقت إجراء التغيير المقابل لن تكون عرضة للتغيير.

3.3. كقاعدة عامة، يتم تحديد هوية المستخدم وفقًا لبيانات حساب المستخدم. يحق لـ Funtech استخدام أي بيانات لتحديد هوية المستخدم، بما في ذلك المعلومات حول المستخدم الذي دفع الرسوم، حيث لا ينتهك هذا التحديد حقوق الأطراف وحقوق الأطراف الثالثة والتشريعات القائمة.

3.4. ما لم تسمح Funtech بخلاف ذلك بشكل مباشر للمستخدم، لا يحق للمستخدم نقل الحقوق و/أو الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في الاشتراك إلى أطراف ثالثة، سواء مجانًا أو دون رسوم.

3.5. يُطلب من المستخدم عدم إساءة استخدام الوصول عن بعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك الذي تم تزويده به، بما في ذلك عدم تنفيذ إجراءات تهدف إلى استخدام محتوى الاشتراك لصالح أطراف ثالثة.

3.6. يتعين على المستخدم الالتزام بمتطلبات جميع المستندات التي تنظم شروط استخدام الخدمات المقابلة وتقديم الاشتراك.

3.7. إذا تم تزويد المستخدم بإمكانية الوصول إلى الاشتراك دون شراء الاشتراك أو دفع ثمنه بشكل مستقل، فإن هذا المستخدم، من خلال تنفيذ أي إجراءات تهدف إلى الحصول على الوصول عن بعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك كجزء من الاشتراك، يؤكد موافقته على هذه الشروط وعليه الالتزام بها.

3.8. يجب على Funtech اتخاذ جميع التدابير المعقولة وتنفيذ أي إجراءات مناسبة تهدف إلى الحفاظ على وظائف خدمة Yango Play، والتي يتم من خلالها توفير الوصول عن بعد إلى محتوى الاشتراك كجزء من الاشتراك. ومع ذلك، يجب على المستخدم أن يكون على علم بإمكانية حدوث أعطال تقنية أو خلل في تشغيل خدمة Yango Play، ويُقر بأن شركة Funtech ليست لديها القدرة التقنية على التنبؤ بوقت حدوث هذه الأعطال أو كيفية وقوعها، ولا يمكنها إخطار المستخدم بها مسبقًا، كما لا يمكنها استبعاد احتمال حدوثها بشكل كامل. ولا يمكن أن يكون حدوث مثل هذه الأعطال أو الإخفاقات، بغض النظر عن الأسباب والعواقب، أساسًا لتطبيق تدابير المسؤولية على Funtech.

YANGO PLAY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Terms and Definitions

Starting from September 25, 2025, the acquisition of Yango Play Subscription in the UAE will be available only via: (a) Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), (b) vouchers distributed by Funtech’s partners, and/or (c) promotional codes distributed via Funtech’s partners campaigns.

Crunchyroll Channel shall mean a “Crunchyroll” branded component (subsection) of the “Movies and Series” or “Watch” section of the Service.

Crunchyroll Channel Content shall mean, collectively, content (including any audio or video content) and materials which are made available through the Crunchyroll Channel.

4K ultra-HD resolution shall mean a Video Content format with a resolution of 3 840 x 2 160 pixels. Video Content in 4K ultra-HD resolution is available subject to Subscription plan, your internet service and device capabilities. Not all Video Content is available in 4K ultra-HD resolution.

Subscription Terms or Terms shall mean these Terms available at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions.

Content has the meaning set out in the Terms of Use.

Subscription Content shall mean the relevant part of the Content available to the User pursuant to the respective Subscription on these Terms.

User Account shall mean a unique account of the User on the Service.

Subscriber shall mean an Internet user with User Account and with an IP address of an electronic device (or proxy server) on the Internet, which, according to Funtech, is located in the United Arab Emirates, and who has purchased and/or activated the relevant Subscription, or who is a Family Member of Subscriber (as defined below).

Family Member of Subscriber shall mean an individual who resides with the Subscriber and is relative to Subscriber.

Subscription period shall mean the limited period of time specified in the User Account for which the Subscription is made and applicable fee is set.

The one-month Subscription Period is equal to thirty (30) calendar days.

The half-a-year Subscription Period is equal to one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days.

The one-year Subscription Period is equal to three hundred and sixty (360) calendar days.

Funtech shall mean Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC, registration number 2060503, located at: UAE, Dubai, Trade Center Second, The Offices 2, Unit № TO2-FLR03-03.04-2

Privacy Policy shall mean the Service’s privacy policy available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy

Apps shall mean mobile and/or smart TV apps (including, for the avoidance of doubt, different versions of such apps for different operating systems and devices) associated with the Service.

The Terms may use other definitions specified in the Terms of Use.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms establish the terms and conditions for providing the Subscriber with Subscriptions.

1.6. By purchasing a Subscription, the Subscriber:

1.6.1. acknowledges that they are legally competent and have reached the age required in accordance with the law to carry out the transactions provided for in the Terms;

1.6.3. confirms that they have fully read and unconditionally agreed with the Terms, and that they understand the provisions of the Terms and documents to which the Terms refers;

1.6.4. provides their consent to receive advertising and informational messages;

1.6.5. confirms their consent with the rules and terms provided in the following documents:

Yango Play Cashback Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (https://yango.com/legal/cashback_loyalty_program_uae)
other documents given in their User Account that determine the terms according to which the User is provided with a Subscription.

1.7. Number of devices and concurrent streams available:

b) As a part of Yango Play Basic Subscription, the access to the Subscription Content is limited to the maximum of five (5) devices registered per the Subscriber, provided further that (i) a simultaneous playback of the Video Content is available on no more than two (2) such devices and (ii) a simultaneous playback of the Audio Content is available on no more than one (1) such device.

2. The Subscription

2.5. The User buying a Subscription via a mobile app store shall pay for the Subscription as specified in this Clause.

To confirm the validity of a Linked Card, Funtech may charge (hold) the amount up AED 1 (for the UAE) to be refunded to the User who bought the Subscription, if the transaction is successful. Failure to charge the said amount means that it is impossible to add this Linked Card and subscribe/pay for the Subscription.

Automatic debiting under this clause of the Terms begins subject to the following:

the User enters all the required details of the Linked Card;
the automatic Linked Card debiting service is activated as follows: automatically when the first payment is made;
by clicking the Subscribe button (or any other similar button), which shall mean the User consents with these Terms.

3. Other terms and conditions. Restrictions.

3.6. The User is required to comply with the requirements of all documents regulating the conditions of use of the corresponding services and provision of the Subscription.

3.10. Funtech has the right to engage third parties for the purposes of invoking or exercising their rights in accordance with these terms, at their own discretion.

اشتراكYango Play basic يُقصد به منح المستخدم إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى باستثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت باستثناء (أ) محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎ و(ب) محتوى قناة Crunchyroll.

اشتراكYango Play premium يُقصد به منح المستخدم وبحد أقصى ثلاثة من أفراد أسرة المشترك إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، للحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى بما في ذلك (أ) محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎ من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت ، مع استثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll

اشتراك Yango Play يعني تمكين المشترك، مقابل رسم مالي ولفترة زمنية محدودة، من الحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى (بما في ذلك محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K Ultra-HD‎)، مع استثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، وذلك للمشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت.

اعتبارًا من 25 سبتمبر 2025، لن يكون الحصول على اشتراك Yango Play في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة متاحًا إلا من خلال:

(أ) الفوترة المباشرة عبر المشغّل (DCB)،

(ب) القسائم الموزَّعة من قِبل شركاء Funtech، و/أو

(ج) الرموز الترويجية الموزَّعة عبر حملات شركاء Funtech.

اشتراك Yango Play х Crunchyroll يعني تمكين المشترك، مقابل رسم مالي ولفترة زمنية محدودة، من الحصول على وصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى، بما في ذلك محتوى الفيديو المتاح بدقّة ‎4K‎ بالإضافة إلى محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، وذلك للمشاهدة و/أو الاستماع.

اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll يُقصد به منح المستخدم إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى، بما في ذلك محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع.

قناة Crunchyroll يُقصد بها قسم يحمل علامة "Crunchyroll" ضمن قسم "الأفلام والمسلسلات" أو "المشاهدة" من الخدمة.

محتوى قناة Crunchyroll يُقصد به مجمل المحتوى (بما في ذلك أي محتوى صوتي أو مرئي) والمواد التي يتم توفيرها من خلال قناة Crunchyroll.

4K Ultra-HD صيغة فيديو بدقة ‎3,840 × 2,160‎ بكسل. يتاح محتوى الفيديو بدقّة 4K Ultra-HD وفقًا لخطة الاشتراك الخاصة بك، وخدمة الإنترنت لديك، وإمكانات جهازك. ليس كل محتوى الفيديو متاحًا بدقّة 4K Ultra-HD

خدمة Yango Play أو الخدمة يُقصد بها خدمة Yango Play، التي تتوفر شروط استخدامها على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement، (ويُشار إليها فيما بعد بـ "شروط الاستخدام").

المحتوى له المعنى الوارد في شروط الاستخدام.

الاشتراك يُقصد به اشتراك Yango Play أو اشتراك Yango Play basic او اشتراكYango Play premium او اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll، حسب الاقتضاء (ويُشار إليهما معًا فيما بعد بـ "الاشتراكات").

المحتوى المشمول بالاشتراك يُقصد به الجزء المعني من المحتوى المتاح للمستخدم بموجب الاشتراك المعني وفقًا لهذه الشروط.

حساب المستخدم يعني الحساب الفريد للمستخدم في الخدمة.

المشترك يُقصد به مستخدم الإنترنت الذي يملك حساب مستخدم وعنوان بروتوكول إنترنت (IP) لجهاز إلكتروني (أو خادم وكيل) على شبكة الإنترنت، والموجود، بحسب Funtech، في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والذي قام بشراء و/أو تفعيل الاشتراك المعني، أو هو أحد أفراد عائلة المشترك (كما هو مبيّن أدناه)

أحد أفراد عائلة المشترك: يُقصد به أي فرد يقيم مع المشترك ويكون من أقاربه

فترة الاشتراك تُقصد بها الفترة الزمنية المحدودة المحددة في حساب المستخدم والتي يتم خلالها تنفيذ الاشتراك وتحديد الرسوم المستحقة.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة شهر واحد وتساوي ثلاثين (30) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة نصف عام تعادل مئة وثمانين (180) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة عام كامل تعادل ثلاثمئة وستين (360) يومًا تقويميًا.

Funtech تعني Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC، رقم التسجيل 2060503، وموقعها في: الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دبي، المركز التجاري الثاني، المكاتب 2، وحدة رقم TO2-FLR03-03.04-2

سياسة الخصوصية تعني سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالخدمة والمتاحة على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy

التطبيقات تعني تطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة و/أو التلفزيون الذكي (بما في ذلك، ولرفع أي شك، الإصدارات المختلفة من هذه التطبيقات لأنظمة التشغيل والأجهزة المختلفة) المرتبطة بالخدمة.

يجوز أن تستخدم الشروط تعريفات أخرى محددة في شروط الاستخدام.

1. الأحكام العامة

1.1. تشكل هذه الشروط الأحكام والضوابط الخاصة بتقديم الاشتراكات للمشترك.

1.6. من خلال شراء الاشتراك، يقوم المشترك بما يلي:

1.6.1. يقر بأنه مؤهل قانونًا وقد بلغ السن المطلوب وفقًا للقانون لتنفيذ المعاملات المنصوص عليها في الشروط.

1.6.4. تقديم موافقته على تلقي الرسائل الإعلانية والإعلامية.

1.6.5. يؤكد موافقته على القواعد والشروط المنصوص عليها في المستندات التالية:

المستندات الأخرى الواردة في حساب المستخدم الخاص به والتي تحدد الشروط التي يتم بموجبها تزويد المستخدم بالاشتراك.
برنامج ولاء يانغو بلاي كاش باك (https://yango.com/legal/cashback_loyalty_program_uae/)

1.7. عدد الأجهزة والبث المتزامن المتاح:

ب) كجزء من اشتراك Yango Play Basic، يكون الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك محدودًا بحد أقصى خمسة (5) أجهزة مسجلة لكل مشترك، على أن (i) يكون تشغيل الفيديو في وقت واحد متاحًا على ما لا يزيد عن جهازين (2) من هذه الأجهزة، و(ii) يكون تشغيل الصوت في وقت واحد متاحًا على جهاز (1) واحد فقط من هذه الأجهزة.

1.8. من أجل زيادة جاذبية الاشتراك للمستخدمين، يحق لشركة Funtech دعوة المشتركين في اشتراك Yango Play واشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll للمشاركة في العرض الترويجي، الذي يتم نشر شروطه على الرابط التالي:

2. الاشتراك

2.1. يُتاح إجراء الاشتراك والوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك فقط للمستخدم الذي قام بتسجيل الدخول إلى خدمة Yango Play وفقًا لما هو منصوص عليه في شروط استخدام Yango Play "https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement".

ولغرض تأكيد صلاحية البطاقة المرتبطة، يجوز لـ Funtech خصم (أو حجز) مبلغ يصل إلى 1 درهم إماراتي (للإمارات( ويتم رد هذا المبلغ إلى المستخدم في حال نجاح المعاملة. الفشل في تحصيل المبلغ المذكور يعني أنه من المستحيل إضافة هذه البطاقة المرتبطة والاشتراك/الدفع مقابل الاشتراك.

يبدأ الخصم التلقائي بموجب هذا البند من الشروط وفقًا لما يلي:

يقوم المستخدم بإدخال جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة للبطاقة المرتبطة؛
يتم تنشيط خدمة الخصم التلقائي للبطاقة المرتبطة على النحو التالي: تلقائيًا عند إجراء الدفعة الأولى؛
بالنقر على زر الاشتراك (أو أي زر آخر مشابه)، يعني ذلك موافقة المستخدم على هذه الشروط.

2.12. يجب على المستخدم التحقق بنفسه من حالة الاشتراك في حسابه الشخصي (فترة الاشتراك المدفوعة، تكلفة الاشتراك، قائمة المحتوى المتاح والتي قد تتغير، بما في ذلك إضافة و/أو إزالة محتوى الاشتراك)، وكذلك متابعة أي تغييرات أو إضافات على الشروط (https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions) سواءً من خلال الحساب الشخصي أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة، وتُصبح هذه التغييرات سارية اعتبارًا من تاريخ إدخال التعديل في الحساب الشخصي (ما لم يُذكر تاريخ سريان مختلف في الحساب الشخصي) أو على الصفحات الإلكترونية المحددة أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة.

Terms and Definitions

Yango Play Subscription shall mean the provision of the Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain a remote access to the part of the Content, excluding the Crunchyroll Channel Content, for viewing and/or listening via the Internet.

Yango Play х Crunchyroll Subscription shall mean the provision of Subscriber with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the part of the Content, including the Crunchyroll Channel Content, for viewing and/or listening.

Crunchyroll Channel shall mean a “Crunchyroll” branded component (subsection) of the “Movies and Series” or “Watch” section of the Service.

Crunchyroll Channel Content shall mean, collectively, content (including any audio or video content) and materials which are made available through the Crunchyroll Channel.

Subscription Terms or Terms shall mean these Terms available at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions.

Subscription shall mean a Yango Play Subscription or a Yango Play x Crunchyroll Subscription, as applicable (hereinafter together - the “Subscriptions”).

User Account shall mean a unique account of the User on the Service.

Subscriber shall mean the User with the User Account who obtained the Subscription with an electronic device IP address that Funtech believes to be related to any of the following countries: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan.

Subscription period shall mean the limited period of time specified in the User Account for which the Subscription is made and applicable fee is set.

The one-month Subscription Period is equal to thirty (30) calendar days.

The half-a-year Subscription Period is equal to one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days.

other documents given in their User Account that determine the terms according to which the User is provided with a Subscription.

1.7. As a part of the Subscriptions, the access to the Subscription Content is limited to the maximum combined number of five (5) devices registered per the Subscriber, provided further that (i) a simultaneous playback of the Video Content is available on no more than two (2) such devices and (ii) a simultaneous playback of the Audio Content is available on no more than one (1) such device. Despite the foregoing, different configurations on the maximum combined number of devices and/or concurrent streams may apply in case of promotions accepted by the Subscriber.

For the avoidance of doubt, Funtech reserves the right, to apply, in its sole discretion, any additional restrictions or limitations in respect of devices and/or concurrent streams, including, for example, to comply with licensing and right holder’s requirements.

1.8. In order to increase the attractiveness of the Subscription for Users, Funtech has the right to invite Users to participate in the promotion, the terms of which are posted at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_special_family_subscription_offer. By subscribing, the User agrees to participate in the promotion mentioned in this clause, if such promotion offer is available to him or her.

2. The Subscription

2.5. The User buying a Subscription via a mobile app store shall pay for the Subscription as specified in this Clause.

To confirm the validity of a Linked Card, Funtech may charge (hold) the amount up to SAR 1 (for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), QAR 1 (for Qatar), OMR 0,1 (for Oman), BHD 0,1 (for Bahrain), KWD 0, 1 (for Kuwait), JOD 0,19 (for Jordan) to be refunded to the User who bought the Subscription, if the transaction is successful. Failure to charge the said amount means that it is impossible to add this Linked Card and subscribe/pay for the Subscription.

Automatic debiting under this clause of the Terms begins subject to the following:

the User enters all the required details of the Linked Card;
the automatic Linked Card debiting service is activated as follows: automatically when the first payment is made;
by clicking the Subscribe button (or any other similar button), which shall mean the User consents with these Terms.

2.13. The User accepts and agrees that Funtech can make any changes to the list of Subscription Content and/or the Subscription Content itself. The User accepts and agrees that although remote access to the Subscription Content is provided, specific components of the Subscription Content may be unavailable. Some components of the Subscription Content may be unavailable to the User in accordance with the terms of the document regulating their use. The Rightholder at its sole discretion determines the Content available through the Service. Funtech is not responsible for availability or unavailability of some components of the Subscription Content.

3.6. The User is required to comply with the requirements of all documents regulating the conditions of use of the corresponding services and provision of the Subscription.

3.10. Funtech has the right to engage third parties for the purposes of invoking or exercising their rights in accordance with these terms, at their own discretion.

الشروط والتعريفات

اشتراك Yango Play يُقصد به منح المشترك إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى باستثناء محتوى قناة Crunchyroll مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت.

اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll يُقصد به منح المشترك إمكانية الوصول عن بُعد إلى جزء من المحتوى، بما في ذلك محتوى قناة Crunchyroll، مقابل رسوم ولمدة زمنية محدودة، من أجل المشاهدة و/أو الاستماع.

قناة Crunchyroll يُقصد بها قسم يحمل علامة "Crunchyroll" ضمن قسم "الأفلام والمسلسلات" أو "المشاهدة" من الخدمة.

شروط الاشتراك أو الشروط يُقصد بها هذه الشروط المتاحة على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions

المحتوى له المعنى الوارد في شروط الاستخدام.

الاشتراك يُقصد به اشتراك Yango Play أو اشتراك Yango Play x Crunchyroll، حسب الاقتضاء (ويُشار إليهما معًا فيما بعد بـ "الاشتراكات").

حساب المستخدم يعني الحساب الفريد للمستخدم في الخدمة.

المشترك يُقصد به المستخدم الذي يمتلك حساب مستخدم وحصل على اشتراك باستخدام جهاز إلكتروني يحمل عنوان IP تعتقد شركة Funtech أنه مرتبط بأي من الدول التالية: المملكة العربية السعودية، قطر، الكويت، سلطنة عُمان، البحرين، أو الأردن.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة شهر واحد وتساوي ثلاثين (30) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة نصف عام تعادل مئة وثمانين (180) يومًا تقويميًا.

فترة الاشتراك لمدة عام كامل تعادل ثلاثمئة وستين (360) يومًا تقويميًا.

سياسة الخصوصية تعني سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالخدمة والمتاحة على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy

يجوز أن تستخدم الشروط تعريفات أخرى محددة في شروط الاستخدام.

1. الأحكام العامة

1.1. تشكل هذه الشروط الأحكام والضوابط الخاصة بتقديم الاشتراكات للمشترك.

1.6. من خلال شراء الاشتراك، يقوم المشترك بما يلي:

1.6.1. يقر بأنه مؤهل قانونًا وقد بلغ السن المطلوب وفقًا للقانون لتنفيذ المعاملات المنصوص عليها في الشروط.

1.6.2. يضمن المستخدم صحة المعلومات الشخصية التي قدمها عند التسجيل واستخدام خدمة Yango Play (و/أو أي خدمة تابعة لشركة Funtech) وعند شراء الاشتراك، ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن دقتها وكمالها وصحتها. يتحمل المشترك جميع المخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالإجراءات التي قام بها نتيجة للأخطاء أو عدم الدقة في المعلومات الشخصية التي قدمها.

1.6.3. يُقرّ المستخدم بأنه قد قرأ الشروط بالكامل ووافق عليها دون قيد أو شرط، وأنه يفهم أحكام الشروط والمستندات المشار إليها فيها.

1.6.4. تقديم موافقته على تلقي الرسائل الإعلانية والإعلامية.

1.6.5. يؤكد موافقته على القواعد والشروط المنصوص عليها في المستندات التالية:

شروط استخدام Yango Play https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement.
المستندات الأخرى الواردة في حساب المستخدم الخاص به والتي تحدد الشروط التي يتم بموجبها تزويد المستخدم بالاشتراك.

1.7. في إطار الاشتراكات، يكون الوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك محدودًا بعدد إجمالي أقصى يبلغ خمسة (5) أجهزة مسجلة لكل مشترك، على أن يكون (i) تشغيل المحتوى المرئي متاحًا في وقت واحد على ما لا يزيد عن جهازين (2) من هذه الأجهزة، و(ii) تشغيل المحتوى الصوتي متاحًا في وقت واحد على جهاز واحد (1) فقط من هذه الأجهزة. ومع ذلك، قد تنطبق تكوينات مختلفة فيما يتعلق بالعدد الأقصى المجمّع من الأجهزة و/أو البث المتزامن في حالة العروض الترويجية التي يقبلها المشترك.

ولإزالة أي لبس، تحتفظ شركة FUNTECH بحقها، وفقًا لتقديرها المنفرد، في فرض أي قيود أو حدود إضافية تتعلق بالأجهزة و/أو البث المتزامن، بما في ذلك – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر – الامتثال لمتطلبات التراخيص وحقوق أصحاب الحقوق.

1.8. من أجل زيادة جاذبية الاشتراك للمستخدمين، يحق لـ Funtech دعوة المستخدمين للمشاركة في العروض الترويجية، وتُنشر شروط هذه العروض على الرابط التالي: https://yango.com/legal/uae_special_family_subscription_offer. وباشتراك المستخدم في هذه الشروط، فإنه يوافق على المشاركة في العرض الترويجي المشار إليه في هذا البند، إذا كان هذا العرض متاحًا له.

2. الاشتراك

2.1. يُتاح إجراء الاشتراك والوصول إلى محتوى الاشتراك فقط للمستخدم الذي قام بتسجيل الدخول إلى خدمة Yango Play وفقًا لما هو منصوص عليه في شروط استخدام Yango Play "https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement".

ولغرض تأكيد صلاحية البطاقة المرتبطة، يجوز لـ Funtech خصم (أو حجز) مبلغ يصل إلى 1 ريال سعودي (للسعودية)، 1 ريال قطري (لقطر)، 0.1 ريال عُماني (لعُمان)، 0.1 دينار بحريني (للبحرين)، 0.1 دينار كويتي (للكويت)، 0.19 دينار أردني (للأردن)، ويتم رد هذا المبلغ إلى المستخدم في حال نجاح المعاملة. الفشل في تحصيل المبلغ المذكور يعني أنه من المستحيل إضافة هذه البطاقة المرتبطة والاشتراك/الدفع مقابل الاشتراك.

يبدأ الخصم التلقائي بموجب هذا البند من الشروط وفقًا لما يلي:

يقوم المستخدم بإدخال جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة للبطاقة المرتبطة؛
يتم تنشيط خدمة الخصم التلقائي للبطاقة المرتبطة على النحو التالي: تلقائيًا عند إجراء الدفعة الأولى؛
بالنقر على زر الاشتراك (أو أي زر آخر مشابه)، يعني ذلك موافقة المستخدم على هذه الشروط.

2.12. يجب على المستخدم التحقق بنفسه من حالة الاشتراك في حسابه الشخصي (فترة الاشتراك المدفوعة، تكلفة الاشتراك، قائمة المحتوى المتاح والتي قد تتغير، بما في ذلك إضافة و/أو إزالة محتوى الاشتراك)، وكذلك متابعة أي تغييرات أو إضافات على الشروط (https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions) سواءً من خلال الحساب الشخصي أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة، وتُصبح هذه التغييرات سارية اعتبارًا من تاريخ إدخال التعديل في الحساب الشخصي (ما لم يُذكر تاريخ سريان مختلف في الحساب الشخصي) أو على الصفحات الإلكترونية المحددة أو من خلال الإشعارات المسبقة.

3. شروط وأحكام أخرى. القيود.
