• the points will only be accrued for rides with the pickup point in Abu Dhabi.

Purchase of Taxi tariff trip (paid by card)

10% of the actually paid value of the trip, but not more than 50 points per trip.

• the User shall have an active Subscription, and

• the User shall pay for the Purchase by card.

• the points will only be accrued for rides with the pickup point in Abu Dhabi.

Purchase of trip in one of the following tariffs: Business, Business XL, Premier, Elite, Kids

The accrual of Points is only available if:

• the opportunity to get points for the specific trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

• the specific ride has a pickup point in the Emirate of Dubai,

• the specific trip will be paid by card,

• no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer may limit cashback accrual to comply with the law or upon request from government agencies. Furthermore, the ability to earn points may be rolled out gradually for technical reasons.

Utilizing Points for Taxi, Taxi Van tariff trip (paid by card)

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

• the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

• the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Abu Dhabi;

• the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

• no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

In any cases the maximum discount available when using points is – no more than 20% of the trip cost and at any case cannot exceed AED 20 per specific trip. Points cannot be used to cover mandatory fees or toll roads charges. The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

• the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

• the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Abu Dhabi;

• the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

• no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

Utilizing points for Subscriptions and Add-on(s) as they defined in the Yango Plus Subscription Terms (https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions/)

The use of Points to receive a discount on a Subscription and/or Add-on is governed by clause 2.6.1 of the Yango Plus Subscription Terms, taking into account the following terms:

(a) It is permitted only for Subscriptions and/or Add-ons purchased on the website with a bank card; points cannot be applied to renew a Subscription or Add-on in the following cases: (i) the Subscription or Add-on were purchased as a part of the product bundled with the telco operator service, or purchased via DCB or purchased via an app store; (ii) if the account has no linked bank card/Apple Pay Payment token/ Google Pay payment token, or (iii) if a free trial was provided. (c) the final price charged to the bank card after the discount must be no less than AED 1.
