YANGO PLAY CASHBACK LOYALTY PROGRAM

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM CONDITIONS BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING YANGO PLAY CASH BACK LOYALTY PROGRAM

These Yango Play Cashback Loyalty Program Conditions (Program Conditions) are the Program Conditions referred to in clauses 1.3 of the Yango Play Cashback Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions available at: https://yango.com/legal/cashback_loyalty_program_uae (Terms and Conditions).

Unless otherwise set forth herein, capitalized terms used in the Program Conditions shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

1. ACCRUAL OF POINTS

1.1. The Points can be accrued as specified in table 1 and(or) table 2 herein, subject to any other terms and conditions communicated to the User in the relevant Service interface from time to time.

1.2. The Points can be earned and utilized only in connection with a non-cash Purchase, unless otherwise set forth herein. The Points may not be utilized for the whole amount of the Purchase price.

• 30% of the actually paid cost of the trip, but not more than 50 points per trip – until November 30, 2025 (inclusive); • Starting from December 1, 2025 – 10% of the actually paid value of the trip, but not more than 50 points per trip.

  • the User shall have an active Subscription, and

  • the User shall pay for the Purchase by card.

  • the points will only be accrued for rides with the pickup point in Abu Dhabi.

The accrual of Points is only available if:

  • the opportunity to get points for the specific trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pickup point in the Emirate of Dubai,

  • the specific trip will be paid by card,

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer may limit cashback accrual to comply with the law or upon request from government agencies. Furthermore, the ability to earn points may be rolled out gradually for technical reasons.

Purchase of Taxi tariff (paid by card)

  • from November 13, 2025 till November 30, 2025 (inclusive) - 30% of the actually paid value of the trip, but not more than 50 points per trip;

  • starting from December 1, 2025 – 10% of the actually paid value of the trip, but not more than 50 points per trip.

The accrual of Points is only available if:

  • the opportunity to get points for the specific trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pickup point in the Emirate of Dubai,

  • the specific trip will be paid by card,

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer may limit cashback accrual to comply with the law or upon request from government agencies. Furthermore, the ability to earn points may be rolled out gradually for technical reasons.

2. UTILIZING POINTS

2.1. The User can use the accumulated Points to obtain a Discount from purchase price of goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service as it specified in the table 3 and(or) table 4 accordingly.

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

  • the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Abu Dhabi;

  • the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

In any cases the maximum discount available when using points is – no more than 20% of the trip cost and at any case cannot exceed AED 20 per specific trip. Points cannot be used to cover mandatory fees or toll roads charges. The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

Utilizing Points for Comfort tariff trip (paid by card)

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

  • the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Abu Dhabi;

  • the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

  • the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Dubai;

  • the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

In any cases the maximum discount available when using points is – no more than 25% of the trip cost and at any case cannot exceed AED 15 per specific trip. Points cannot be used to cover mandatory fees or toll roads charges.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

Utilizing Points for Taxi tariff trips (paid by card)

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

  • the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;

  • the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Dubai;

  • the specific trip will be paid by bank card;

  • no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

In any cases the maximum discount available when using points is – no more than 50% of the trip cost and at any case cannot exceed AED 20 per specific trip. Points cannot be used to cover mandatory fees or toll roads charges.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

2.2. The number of Points used to obtain the Discount is determined automatically by the algorithms of the Service based on the maximum possible amount of the Discount within the Balance of the earned Points and subject to other restrictions established in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The amount of the Discount that the User can receive is determined by the number of Points used, with 1 point corresponding to AED 1. If the discount amount is a fractional value, it is rounded according to mathematical rules to the nearest tenth (to one decimal place).

2.3. The Discount provided under the terms of the Program when using Points is not summed up with other Discounts provided in relation to the goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service (in connection with a marketing campaign, using a promotional code, or for other reasons), except as provided by the Terms and Conditions or in the interface of the Services. At the same time, the Operator has the right to independently determine the order in which the Discount is granted (when using Points or for other reasons first).

2.4. When using Points to obtain the Discount, the number of Points used is written off from the User's Account.

2.5. In addition to cases where Points are used to obtain the Discount, the Operator may write off Points unilaterally, and the User may be unilaterally refused to utilize Points to receive the Discount in the following cases:

2.5.1. after 3 years from the date of accumulation of Points,

2.5.2. the User violates any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions, ‘

2.5.3. the User refuses to participate in the Program Conditions,

2.5.4. the Term has expired, and

2.5.5. full or partial refund of the funds contributed as part of payment for the Purchase of goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service, effective in relation to the Points earned for such Purchase pro rata the refunded amount.

2.6. Written-off Points cannot be used to receive the Discount.

2.7. Points cannot be utilized, the Discount cannot be provided in case of payment for goods and/or services purchased by the User was made not in the Service, unless otherwise expressly provided by the Terms and Conditions.

2.8. The Operator may at its sole discretion return the number of Points to the User in case there is a return or refusal of the goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service in which respect the relevant number of Points was written off.

2.9. Any Points earned in connection with a Purchase returned, cancelled or terminated, shall be cancelled by the Operator and deducted from the Balance.

2.10. If the Balance is negative, Points shall be first applied to make the Balance positive.

شروط البرنامج

يُرجى قراءة شروط هذا البرنامج قبل الدخول إلى أو استخدام برنامج الولاء للكاش باك من Yango Play.

تشكل شروط برنامج الولاء للكاش باك من Yango Play هذه (شروط البرنامج) الشروط المشار إليها في البند 1.3 من الشروط والأحكام الخاصة ببرنامج الولاء للكاش باك من Yango Play والمتاحة على الرابط: https://yango.com/legal/cashback_loyalty_program_uae (الشروط والأحكام).

ما لم يرد خلاف ذلك هنا، يكون للمصطلحات الواردة بصيغة حرف كبير في شروط البرنامج نفس المعاني المحددة لها في الشروط والأحكام.

1. اكتساب النقاط

1.1. يمكن اكتساب النقاط وفقًا لما هو محدد في الجدول رقم 1 و/أو الجدول رقم 2 الواردين هنا، وذلك مع مراعاة أي شروط وأحكام أخرى يتم إبلاغ المستخدم بها من وقت لآخر ضمن واجهة الخدمة المعنية.

1.2. يمكن كسب النقاط واستخدامها فقط فيما يتعلق بعملية شراء غير نقدية، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك هنا. ولا يجوز استخدام النقاط لتغطية المبلغ الكامل لسعر الشراء.

  • اعتبارًا من 1 ديسمبر 2025، %10 من القيمة المدفوعة فعليًا للرحلة، بحد أقصى 50 نقطة لكل رحلة.

يجب أن يكون لدى المستخدم اشتراك فعّال، و

  • يجب أن يتم الدفع عن طريق البطاقة.
  • تُحتسب النقاط فقط للرحلات التي يبدأ موقع استلام الراكب فيها من أبوظبي.

شراء رحلة بتعرفة Taxi (مدفوعة بالبطاقة)

* من 13 نوفمبر 2025 حتى 30 نوفمبر 2025 (شاملًا)، %30 من القيمة المدفوعة فعليًا، بحد أقصى 50 نقطة لكل رحلة.

  • اعتبارًا من 1 ديسمبر 2025، %10 من القيمة المدفوعة فعليًا، بحد أقصى 50 نقطة لكل رحلة.

يتم احتساب النقاط فقط في حال:

  • وجود خيار الحصول على النقاط ظاهرًا بشكل صريح داخل واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة المعنية.
  • أن يكون موقع الانطلاق للرحلة داخل إمارة دبي.
  • أن يتم دفع قيمة الرحلة عن طريق البطاقة.
  • ألا تُطبَّق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على تلك الرحلة.

يجوز للمنظم تقييد احتساب الكاش باك للامتثال للقانون أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. كما قد يتم تفعيل القدرة على كسب النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

2. استخدام النقاط

2.1. يمكن للمستخدم استخدام النقاط المتراكمة للحصول على خصم من سعر شراء السلع و/أو الخدمات التي يشتريها المستخدم داخل الخدمة، وذلك وفقًا لما هو محدد في الجدول رقم 3 و/أو الجدول رقم 4 بحسب الحالة.

يمكن استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم على قيمة الرحلة فقط إذا توافرت جميع الشروط التالية:

  • أن تكون إمكانية استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم مذكورة بشكل صريح داخل واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة المحددة.
  • أن يكون موقع الانطلاق للرحلة داخل إمارة أبوظبي.
  • أن يتم دفع قيمة الرحلة عن طريق البطاقة البنكية.
  • ألا يتم تطبيق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على تلك الرحلة.

يمكن استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم على قيمة الرحلة فقط إذا توافرت جميع الشروط التالية:

  • أن تكون إمكانية استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم مذكورة بشكل صريح داخل واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة المحددة.
  • أن يكون موقع الانطلاق للرحلة داخل إمارة أبوظبي.
  • أن يتم دفع قيمة الرحلة عن طريق البطاقة البنكية.
  • ألا يتم تطبيق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على تلك الرحلة.

يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في تقييد استبدال النقاط وفقًا لمتطلبات التشريعات و/أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. وقد يتم تفعيل خاصية استبدال النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

  • أن تكون إمكانية استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم مذكورة بشكل صريح داخل واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة المحددة.
  • أن يكون موقع الانطلاق للرحلة داخل إمارة دبي.
  • أن يتم دفع قيمة الرحلة عن طريق البطاقة البنكية.
  • ألا يتم تطبيق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على تلك الرحلة.

في جميع الحالات، الحد الأقصى للخصم المتاح عند استخدام النقاط هو 25% من تكلفة الرحلة وبحد أقصى 15 درهمًا لكل رحلة. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط لتغطية الرسوم الإلزامية أو رسوم عبور الطرق.

يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في تقييد استبدال النقاط وفقًا لمتطلبات التشريعات و/أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. وقد يتم تفعيل خاصية استبدال النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

استخدام النقاط لرحلات بتعرفة Taxi (مدفوعة بالبطاقة)

يمكن استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم على قيمة الرحلة فقط إذا توافرت جميع الشروط التالية:

  • أن تكون إمكانية استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم مذكورة بشكل صريح داخل واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة المحددة.
  • أن يكون موقع الانطلاق للرحلة داخل إمارة دبي.
  • أن يتم دفع قيمة الرحلة عن طريق البطاقة البنكية.
  • ألا يتم تطبيق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على تلك الرحلة.

في جميع الحالات، الحد الأقصى للخصم المتاح عند استخدام النقاط هو 50% من تكلفة الرحلة وبحد أقصى 20 درهمًا لكل رحلة. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط لتغطية الرسوم الإلزامية أو رسوم عبور الطرق.

يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في تقييد استبدال النقاط وفقًا لمتطلبات التشريعات و/أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. وقد يتم تفعيل خاصية استبدال النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

2.2. يتم تحديد عدد النقاط المستخدمة للحصول على الخصم تلقائيًا بواسطة خوارزميات الخدمة بناءً على أقصى قيمة خصم ممكنة ضمن رصيد النقاط المكتسبة، ومع مراعاة القيود الأخرى المحددة وفقًا للشروط والأحكام. ويُحدد مقدار الخصم الذي يمكن أن يحصل عليه المستخدم وفقًا لعدد النقاط المستخدمة، بحيث تعادل كل نقطة (1) درهم إماراتي واحد. وفي حال كانت قيمة الخصم تحتوي على كسر عشري، يتم تقريبها وفقًا للقواعد الحسابية إلى أقرب عُشر (رقم واحد بعد الفاصلة).

2.3. الخصم الممنوح بموجب شروط البرنامج عند استخدام النقاط لا يُجمع مع أي خصومات أخرى تُمنح فيما يتعلق بالسلع و/أو الخدمات التي يشتريها المستخدم داخل الخدمة (سواءً كان ذلك مرتبطًا بحملة تسويقية، أو باستخدام رمز ترويجي، أو لأي أسباب أخرى)، إلا في الحالات المنصوص عليها في الشروط والأحكام أو في واجهة الخدمات. وفي الوقت ذاته، يحق للمشغل تحديد ترتيب تطبيق الخصم وفقًا لتقديره (سواءً يتم تطبيق الخصم الناتج عن استخدام النقاط أولًا أو أي خصم آخر).

2.4. عند استخدام النقاط للحصول على الخصم، يتم خصم عدد النقاط المستخدمة من حساب المستخدم.

2.5. بالإضافة إلى الحالات التي تُستخدم فيها النقاط للحصول على الخصم، يجوز للمشغل خصم النقاط من جانب واحد، كما يجوز رفض تمكين المستخدم من استخدام النقاط للحصول على الخصم من جانب واحد في الحالات التالية:

2.5.1. مرور 3 سنوات من تاريخ تراكم النقاط.

2.5.2. إذا قام المستخدم بمخالفة أي من التزاماته المنصوص عليها في الشروط والأحكام.

2.5.3. إذا قام المستخدم برفض المشاركة في شروط البرنامج.

2.5.4. انتهاء مدة البرنامج.

2.5.5. في حال استرداد كامل أو جزء من المبلغ المدفوع مقابل شراء السلع و/أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم داخل الخدمة، يُعمل بذلك فيما يتعلق بالنقاط المكتسبة عن تلك العملية بنسبة تتناسب مع المبلغ المسترد.

2.6. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط التي تم شطبها للحصول على الخصم.

2.7. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط، ولا يمكن تقديم الخصم، في حال تم دفع قيمة السلع و/أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم خارج نطاق الخدمة، ما لم يُنص صراحةً على خلاف ذلك في الشروط والأحكام.

2.8. يجوز للمشغل وفقًا لتقديره المنفرد إعادة عدد من النقاط إلى المستخدم في حال تم إرجاع أو رفض السلع و/أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم داخل الخدمة، والتي تم شطب النقاط المقابلة لها.

2.9. يتم إلغاء أي نقاط تم اكتسابها فيما يتعلق بعملية شراء تمت إعادتها أو إلغاؤها أو إنهاؤها، ويتم خصمها من الرصيد من قبل المشغّل.

2.10. في حال كان الرصيد سالبًا، يتم تطبيق النقاط أولًا لجعل الرصيد موجبًا.
