Yango Deli Service User Agreement

 

Terms and Definitions

Yango Deli means Yango Deli ZAM Limited (Reg.number: 120220043569, Address: House No. 3 Mpulungu Road, Olympia Park, Lusaka, Zambia)

Service means the software (including programs for mobile devices) and websites of Yango Deli or its affiliates that provide the Service User with the opportunity to Order Goods and Delivery on the terms and conditions specified in the User Agreement;

User means an individual using the Service on the terms and conditions stipulated in the User Agreement in order to place an Order for Goods and Delivery;

Authorized User means a User who has logged in to the Service using the user’s name and password assigned to them when registering on the Service.

Partner means an entity that places its offers and materials on the Service and sells Goods to the User when they place an Order, as well as carrying out the Delivery (if the Partner carries out Delivery itself).

Order means an order of Goods and Delivery placed by a User on the Service. As a result of an Order, a User enters into a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods with the Partner and a Delivery contract with the Delivery Service Provider (if the Partner carries out Delivery itself, then the Delivery contract with the Partner);

Contract means a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods with a Partner or a contract for the delivery of Goods with a Delivery Service Provider (or, in the case of Delivery by the Partner, with the Partner), executed between the User and the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider as a result of an Order placement.

Goods mean goods that are the subject of a sales contract concluded between the User and the Partner by placing an Order on the Service by the User. The Goods sale and purchase contract and the rights and obligations arising therefrom when placing an Order shall arise directly between the Partner and the User. Yango Deli shall not be a party to this contract;

Delivery means a service of delivery of the Goods ordered by the User through the Service to the User. A delivery contract with the User shall be concluded by and between the Delivery Service Provider (or the Partner, in the case of Delivery by the Partner itself). Yango Deli shall not be a party to this contract;

Delivery Service Provider means an entity delivering the Goods ordered by the User (except for the cases when the Goods Delivery is performed by the Partner).

User Agreement means a document regulating the procedure for placing an Order by the User posted on the Internet at: https://yango.com/legal/deli_termsofuse.

Territory means Zambia.

Promo Code means a certain sequence of characters, by activating which and subject to compliance with other conditions of use of the Promo Code, the User may receive a discount on the price of Goods and/or Delivery and/or the Service fee.

Yango App means a program for mobile devices provided to Users on the terms and conditions available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_mobile_agreement

Yango Deli App means a program for mobile devices provided to Users under the terms of a License Agreement for the use of the Yango Deli program available at:

https://yango.com/legal/deli_licence.

Applicable Law means all applicable laws, regulations, rules and codes in force at the moment (including, without limitation, all applicable data protection and privacy laws) within the Territory;

Other terms may also be used in the User Agreement. If there is a possibility of an ambiguous interpretation of a term, the interpretation used on the Service shall have the first priority, the second priority shall be given to the understanding of the term commonly used on the Internet, and the third one, to the interpretation given in the Applicable Law.

 

1. General Provisions

1.1. The way the User uses the Service shall be governed by this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy:

and other Yango Deli documents posted on the Yango Deli Service.

1.2. By starting to use the functions of the Service (in whole or in part), the User shall be deemed to have accepted the User Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of other documents of the Service, in full, without any reservations and exceptions. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions in the User Agreement or documents, the User shall not use the Service.

1.3. Yango Deli may amend the provisions of the User Agreement and other documents of the Service at any time without notifying the User. The current version of this User Agreement is available at:

The risk of failing to read a revised version of the User Agreement and other documents of the Service shall be borne by the User; the continued use of the Service once the User Agreement and other documents of the Service have been amended shall constitute consent to their revised version.

1.4. By starting to use the Service, the User confirms that they are legally capable and have reached the age required in accordance with Applicable Laws for entering into and performance of all transactions provided for in the User Agreement, and the fulfillment of all obligations specified in this User Agreement.

1.5. If the User does not agree with the amendments to the User Agreement, the User shall cease using the Service.

 

2. Service Functions and Terms of Use

2.1. The way the User uses the Service shall be governed by this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy:

and other Yango Deli documents posted on the Yango Deli Service.

2.2. By starting to use the functions of the Service (in whole or in part), the User shall be deemed to have accepted the User Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of other documents of the Service, in full, without any reservations and exceptions. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions in the User Agreement or documents, the User shall not use the Service.

2.3. Yango Deli may amend the provisions of the User Agreement and other documents of the Service at any time without notifying the User. The current version of this User Agreement is available at:

2.4. By starting to use the Service, the User confirms that they are legally capable and have reached the age required in accordance with Applicable Laws for entering into and performance of all transactions provided for in the User Agreement, and the fulfillment of all obligations specified in this User Agreement.

2.5. If the User does not agree with the amendments to the User Agreement, the User shall cease using the Service.

 

3. Terms of Use of Service Functions

3.1. The use of the Service functions shall be available to the User after registration and authorization on the Service. When registering, the User undertakes to provide the data requested on the Service in the registration form. The User undertakes not to disclose the login and password assigned to them during registration to third parties, as well as to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the login and password. All actions performed using the User’s login and password on the Service shall be deemed to be performed by the User.

3.2. Some features of the Service may be unavailable or limited. Functions are deemed to be unavailable (limited) for the User, if such User is unable to use them explicitly. Any technical and software-based methods are prohibited to be applied to circumvent such limitations. No provisions of this User Agreement governing functions of the Service unavailable (limited) for the User will apply until such functions become explicitly available for the User.

3.3. The User may not use more than one account when using the Service. If Yango Deli reveals that the User has violated the said clause, Yango may restrict the User’s access to the Service.

3.4. By using the Service, the User consents to receive promotional messages. The User may unsubscribe from promotional messages in the Service interface or following instructions specified in a promotional message received.

3.5. Yango Deli reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict the User’s access to the Service or to certain functions of the Service using their account or completely block the User’s account. Access restriction or account blocking shall be possible in case of:

a. violation of the terms and conditions of the User Agreement or other documents used on the Service;

b. violation of the terms and conditions of Contracts with Restaurants, Delivery Service Provides and the Service;

c. abuse, misrepresentation, fraudulent actions, immoral or inappropriate conduct of the User when using the Service, contacts with representatives of the Delivery Service Provider or Partner;

d. in other cases, when the User’s behavior does not correspond to the use of the Service and its functions in good faith;

e. non-fulfillment of the obligation to pay for the Goods and Delivery, as well as the Service Fee.

 

4. Legal Relations when Using the Service

4.1. When placing an Order on the Service, the User:

a. Enters into a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods with a Partner;

b. Enters into a contract for the provision of Goods Delivery services with the Delivery Service Provider;

c. Uses the functionality of the Service for placing an Order with a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider;

All rights and obligations under the Agreement (Agreements) concluded with the User shall arise directly for the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider.

Optional:

d. Instructs Yango Deli (with the engagement of third parties) to pay for the Goods at the place of sale of the Goods by the Partner on behalf of and at the expense of the User. Such instructions shall not be instructions to make a purchase and sale transaction, and shall be instructions to perform actions to pay for the Order. The pursuance of such instructions shall be carried out on behalf of the User and at their expense.

4.2. Yango Deli shall not be a party to the legal relations specified in clauses (a) and (b). Yango Deli will provide the User with services under clauses (c) and (d) (if available on the Service) and shall be solely liable within the Service Fee (if it is charged).

4.3. The material terms of the contracts concluded by the User shall be indicated in the description of the Goods published on the Service, the terms and conditions of the Partner's offer for the sale of the goods (the Product page on the Service) and in the description of the Delivery terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specifically stated on the Service, all prices listed on the Service include taxes and fees in accordance with the Applicable Law.

At the same time, obvious errors, including typos made by a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider in the description of the Goods, shall not be legally binding.

4.4. The moment of execution of a Contract between a User and a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider shall be determined in the following manner:

a. A Contract with a Partner shall be concluded when the User clicks the "Order" button (or a similar button) in the Order form;

b. A Contract with a Delivery Service Provider shall be concluded at the time of determining the Delivery Service Provider delivering the Goods;

By clicking the “Order” button (or a similar button), the User expresses full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to conclude a Contract with a Delivery Service Provider, Partner and Yango Deli.

After clicking the “Order” button (or a similar button), a User shall be given a limited time period to make the payment, after the elapse of which the message “ERROR The payment time (session) has expired. Place a new order” will appear. If the payment does not occur during the specified period of time for any reason, the Contract with a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider shall not be considered concluded

4.5. If an Order includes Goods, the purchase of which requires the reaching of a certain age provided for by the Applicable Law, the User shall confirm and guarantee to a Partner and Yango by their actions that the User has reached the age provided for by the Applicable Law.

The Partner and the Delivery Service Provider shall have the right to require additional confirmation from the User of reaching the age provided for by the Applicable Law. The Partner may to refuse to sell the Goods if the User is unable to confirm their age.

4.6. A User agrees that a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider may entrust the Contract performance to a third party, while remaining responsible for its performance.

4.7. Yango Deli will not be responsible for any claims and demands regarding Goods and Delivery, and will not independently consider such claims. Yango Deli may transmit information about the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider responsible for the received claims to the User, as well as provide information received from the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider on the claims.

4.8. In some cases, information about which is communicated to a User when placing an Order on the Service, the cost of Delivery will not be charged additionally from the User.

 

5. Procedure for and Terms and Conditions of Order Placing on the Service

5.1. Placing Orders shall be available only to an Authorized User.

5.2. To place an Order, a User shall perform the following actions:

a. review information about the Goods, Delivery and services of the Service;

b. specify all the data necessary for the Contract performance by the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider, including, but not limited to:

  • Full delivery address (name of the locality, street, house number (including building, estate, etc.), entrance number, apartment number, floor and other information on the address);
  • Consignee’s name;
  • Contact details (phone number, other);
  • Payment method.

c. Confirm the order by clicking the “Order” button (another similar button).

5.3. Placing an Order on the Service shall mean:

a. consent with and acceptance by the User of all essential terms and conditions of the sale of Goods, delivery by a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider;

b. consent to the provision of the services of the Service (if applicable);

c. familiarization, consent and acceptance by the User of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement on the use of the Service and all other documents of the Service;

d. familiarization and consent with the charging and amount of the Service Fee (if charged);

e. understanding of and agreement with all the legal consequences of their actions in relation to the concluded contracts

5.4. By clicking the “Order” button (or a similar button), full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to conclude a Contract with a Delivery Service Provider determined in accordance with Cl. 3.14 of the User Agreement from among the Delivery Service Providers provided for in Cl. 6.8 of the User Agreement.

5.5. When authorizing and placing an Order, a User shall provide reliable information about themselves and the Order consignee when placing an Order on the Service. A User shall be liable for all consequences caused by unreliability of the information provided.

5.6. For an Authorized User, after placing an Order, information about the Order placed by them shall be available in the “My Orders” section of the Service. In this section of the Service, an Authorized User may view information about the Order status.

 

6. Delivery Terms and Conditions

6.1. The specific Delivery Service Provider shall be determined after the User places an Order and the Partner proceeds with preparing the Goods.

6.2. The User shall be present at the Delivery address to receive the Order, as well as ensure acceptance and payment of the Goods upon Delivery.

6.3. The User shall be deemed to have refused to fulfill the Contract with a Partner and a Delivery Service Provider:

a. if the User is absent at the Delivery address for more than 10 minutes from the moment the Delivery Service Provider arrives at the Delivery address (in accordance with the Service data);

b. if it is impossible to deliver the Goods to the User for reasons that depend on the User;

c. if the User refuses to accept the Goods (with the exception of Goods of inadequate quality or not conforming to the terms and conditions of the Order placed by the User)

In the said cases, the funds paid for the Goods and Delivery by the User shall be used to reimburse the costs of the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider and shall not be subject to refund to the User.

6.4. Yango Deli may cancel the Order with a refund for the Order to the User:

a. in cases where it is impossible for the Delivery Service Provider to fulfill the Order due to the absence of free Delivery Service Providers (Delivery Service Providers’ couriers) capable of delivering the Order;

b. for other reasons that prevent the timely and proper fulfillment of the obligations of the Delivery Service Provider

6.5. In order to identify Partners or Orders delivered by a Delivery Service Provider, such Partners or Orders may be marked on the Service with an icon with the image of a “Courier” and also accompanied with information about the Delivery Service Provider.

 

7. Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods by a Partner

7.1. A Partner may cancel the Order if:

a. in the course of Delivery by the Partner, it was impossible to contact the User using the contact details;

b. the Partner is unable to perform the Contract.

7.2. If the Partner is unable to perform the Contract in full, it shall have the right to cancel the order, or contact the User at the phone number specified by the User in order to change the composition of the Order.

If a User confirms the change in the Order, the Order shall be considered to be placed under the new terms and conditions agreed with the User.

Information about the changes in the Order shall be reflected on the Service in the section with the User’s order history.

7.3. If the Goods delivered to the User, in the User’s opinion, are of inadequate quality or do not correspond to the Order, the User shall immediately send a request via the Yango Deli support service chat with photos of the delivered Goods attached, and send a description of the deficiencies of the Goods.

Yango Deli will accept claims from Users for transfer thereof to the Partner and Delivery Service Provider.

7.4. In case of Delivery of the Goods, a Partner shall be considered to have fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods to the User under the Contract at the time of transfer of the Goods (of proper quality and corresponding to the Order placed by the User) to the representative of the Delivery Service Provider.

7.5. The time of preparation of the Goods and Delivery (if applicable) indicated on the Service is approximate.

7.6. Yango may cancel an Order with a refund for the Order to the User in cases where the Partner is unable to fulfill the Order due to:

a. non-confirmation by the Partner of readiness to accept the Order to Yango Deli

b. for other reasons that prevent the timely and proper fulfillment of obligations by the Partner with respect to the Order.

 

8. Personal Data and the Procedure for the User's Interaction with the Service

8.1. A User grants Yango Deli, affiliates of Yango Deli, partners of Yango Deli their consent:

a. to the processing of personal information (including personal data) of the User;

b. to the transfer (including cross-border) of the User's personal information to Yango Deli partners, Partners and Delivery Service Providers, affiliates of Yango Deli;

c. to the processing of personal information by Yango Deli partners, Partners and the Delivery Service Provider, affiliates of Yango Deli.

The processing of personal data when using the Yango Deli service shall be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy:

The User confirms the consent to the fact that the personal information that the User provides to Yango Deli, including when placing an Order, may be transferred, including the cross-border transfer, to Yango Deli partners with which the User enters into a Contract as a result of placing an Order, for the purposes of performing the specified Contract (such transfer may also be carried out through third parties engaged by Yango Deli). The User agrees that Yango Deli may store the User’s personal information, as well as the personal information of the recipient of the Order specified by the User, for at least three years from the date of placing the Order.

8.2. By placing an order on the Service, the User agrees to receive:

a. emails and notifications from Yango Deli and related parties, which may be sent to the User

  • after placing an Order
  • in case of changes in the Order
  • before Delivery of the Goods in a case affecting the performance of the Order or timely notification about its status;

b. messages (SMS) to the phone number specified by the User, as well as a call with an offer to assess the quality of the Service, Partner and/or Delivery Service Provider to the phone number specified by the User;

c. push notifications (at the same time, Yango Deli shall not be liable for not receiving push notifications by the User if the User turns off the function of receiving such notifications on the mobile device, the risk of not receiving the relevant information in this case shall be borne by the User). If the User disables the function of sending push notifications, the User agrees to sending of information about the progress of the Order Delivery to their email address in order to inform them about the possibility/impossibility of performing the Order Delivery.

8.3. All interaction between the User and the Service shall be carried out through the Yango Deli support service, namely, in the support service chat available in the Service interface. The functionality of the Service may also provide other ways for the User to send requests to Yango Deli.

8.4. In order to control quality and resolve disputes, Yango Deli may record all User’s conversations and correspondence with Yango Deli support service specialists, Partners and Delivery Service Providers.

8.5. If personal insults, threats, obscene statements and actions from the User are received by the Service Support service specialists, the Service Support service Specialist may terminate the conversation with the User, both orally and in writing.

 

9. Payment

9.1. Payment of an Order shall be carried out by the User:

  • by in a cashless form;

    in this case, Yango Deli shall act on behalf of the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider and with the engagement of an organization for accepting payments. Yango Deli does not guarantee that the operation of the Service will be error- and failure-free in view of enabling cashless payments.

  • in cash (to a third party engaged by the Delivery Service Provider);

    in this case, the Delivery Service Provider (a third party engaged by the Delivery Service Provider) shall act as an agent for receiving funds in favor of the Partner and Yango Deli in terms of receiving funds.

9.2. The acceptance of payments by Yango Deli for Orders on the Service shall be carried out solely due to the fact that the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of Goods and the provision of Delivery services is performed through the Yango Deli Service.

9.3. Yango Deli does not participate in accepting cash payments in case of Delivery by the Partner independently and the User’s selection of a payment method using cash (if such option is available on the Service).

9.4. The participation of Yango Deli in the process of payments for goods and services may in no case be construed as Yango Deli being a party to the contract of sale and purchase and provision of services between a User and a Partner/Delivery Service Provider.

9.5. The responsibility for the proper content and provision of receipts/invoices to Users (if required in accordance with the Applicable Law) shall be primarily borne by Delivery Service Providers and Partners, unless otherwise provided for by the Applicable Law.

Cashless Payment Procedure

9.6. To make cashless payment, a User shall link a bank card in the Service interface. To do this, a User shall specify:

a. The name of the bank card holder (the “cardholder” field);

b. Bank card number

c. Validity term;

d. Security code.

9.7. If the bank card details are true, valid and it is technically possible to use this card within the Service, the said bank card becomes the linked one and can be used for cashless payments. All linked cards are displayed in the Service interface.

9.8. Cashless payment shall be carried out with the involvement of a payment processor or an electronic money operator. The operator/processor is an authorized person having the right to accept and process payments in accordance with the Applicable Law. The payment procedure in this case shall be governed by the rules of international payment systems, banks (including the issuing bank of the Linked Card) and other settlement participants.

9.9. When linking and using the Linked Card, the User confirms and guarantees that they have indicated reliable and full information on the valid bank card issued in their name; they comply with rules of international payment systems and requirements of the bank having issued the Linked Card, inter alia, in relation to the procedure for cashless payments.

9.10. The User understands and agrees that all actions performed within the framework of the Service after authorization using the login and password assigned to them during registration on the Service, including cashless payments using a Linked Bank Card, shall be considered committed by the User.

Consideration of Requests for Payments on the Service

9.11. If a User does not agree with the fact, the amount of the cashless payment or the facts of using the linked card on the Service, the User may contact Yango Deli within 14 days from the date of the cashless payment or other actions or events that have caused the request.

9.12. Yango Deli may, on behalf of the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider, decide to refund the amount of the cashless payment in full. The specified refund shall be made to the bank account of the bank card from which the cashless payment has been made. The procedure for the refund shall be carried out with the involvement of the payment processor or the operator of electronic funds. The refund procedure in this case shall be governed by the rules of international payment systems, banks (including the issuing bank of the Linked Card) and other settlement participants.

9.13. Yango Deli reserves the right at any time to require the User to confirm the data specified by them within the framework of the Service, including the data of the Linked Card, and to request supporting documents in this regard (in particular, identity documents). Failure to provide the requested information shall be the basis for Yango Deli to suspend the User’s use of the Service or block the User’s account.

9.14. For questions related to payment in cash provided for in the User Agreement, the User may contact the Partner and the Delivery Service Provider.

 

10. Liability of the Service

10.1. Yango Deli, as the entity providing the information service, shall not bear any liability for the information about Goods and services that Partners/Delivery Service Providers post on the Service. Partners and Delivery Service Providers, as persons selling Goods and providing services, shall be responsible for communicating to the User all information about Goods and services provided for by the Applicable Law.

10.2. Besides, Yango Deli shall not be responsible for:

  • temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Service or part of the functions of the Service caused by failures and interruptions, loss of information, safety of information, correctness and timeliness of its transmission;
  • reliability, quality and speed of the Service, as well as for the safety of the information created, used and received by a User.

 

11. Use of Promo Codes on the Service

Terms and Conditions of Use of a Promo Code and Application of a Discount

11.1. When using the Service, Promo Codes may be provided to Users that allow the User to receive discounts on Goods, Delivery or the Service Fee.

11.2. A Promo Code may be applied only in the case of using the cashless payment method on the Service and only when paying with bank cards on a physical medium.

11.3. The list of current Promo Codes available to a User shall be indicated in the corresponding section of the Service. If a Promo Code is not reflected in the special section, then it is considered invalid and may not be applied.

11.4. The cost of the Order after applying a Promo Code shall be reflected on the Service and shall be subject to payment by the User in accordance with the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.

11.5. A discount when applying a Promo Code shall be applied only if the Promo Code is activated.

11.6. Discounts when using a Promo Code shall be applied in the following manner (order):

a. to the cost of Goods;

b. in the part exceeding the cost of the Goods, to the cost of Delivery;

c. in the part exceeding the cost of Delivery, to the amount of the Service Fee;

11.7. The use of a Promo Code may not be available for technical reasons (not using the current version of the mobile application, changing the payment method when placing an Order, etc.).

11.8. Yango Deli shall not be responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations, as well as for any direct, indirect, special losses and damages of Users associated with the use or provision of Promo Codes. Yango Deli shall not be obligated to compensate Users for losses in such cases, since the provision of a Promo Code is the right, but not the responsibility of Yango Deli.

Restrictions when Using a Promo Code

11.9. The terms and conditions for granting discounts when applying a Promo Code may be limited. Information about the terms and conditions of use of the Promo Code shall be communicated to a User on the Service, at a separate page on the Internet, in advertisements or otherwise. Such terms and conditions may include:

  • restrictions on card issuers (a Promo Code may be used when paying with cards of certain issuers participating in the marketing campaign);
  • requirements for the ordinal number of an Order on the Service, for example, only the first order;
  • requirements for the composition of an Order;
  • restriction on the list of Partners (a Promo Code may be applied when making an Order from certain Partners participating in the marketing campaign);

The fulfillment of the terms and conditions for the use of a Promo Code shall be determined solely on the basis of the Service data.

11.10. Unconscientious use and application of Promo Codes is prohibited. In order to counteract the unconscientious use of Promo Codes or abuse when using Promo Codes, Yango Deli may verify the good-faith use by any available means. In case of revealing unconscientious use of Promo Codes, Yango Deli has the right to refuse to provide discounts in case of detection of relevant abuses or unconscientious use of a Promo Code.

11.11. The User should contact the support service of the Yango Deli Service to receive the relevant information about the reasons for non-application of a Promo Code.

11.12. When considering requests for the use of Promo Codes, the support service may request the User to confirm the receipt of Promo Codes (photos, screenshots, other confirmations) and its application. In case of a failure to provide such confirmation, Yango Deli reserves the right to refuse to provide a discount on a Promo Code.

11.13. Yango Deli may refuse to provide a discount on a Promo Code if a User has provided false information or in any other way violated this User Agreement.

Validity Period and Promo Code Use Times

11.14. A Promo Code has an expiration date. The validity period of a Promo Code shall be communicated to a User on the Service, at a separate page on the Internet, in advertisements or otherwise.

11.15. Upon expiration of the Promo Code, it becomes invalid.

11.16. A Promo Code may be used by one User only once, unless otherwise specified in the Promo Code, on the Service, advertising material, a page on the Internet, or in another source.

11.17. The User should contact the support service of the Yango Deli Service to receive the relevant information about the validity term and number of times of using a Promo Code.

Promo Code Validity Territory

11.18. If the territory of validity is not specified in the Promo Code, on the Service, at a separate page on the Internet, in advertisements or another source, the territory shall be considered to be limited to the city where the User received the Promo Code.

How to Activate a Promo Code

A Promo Code may only be used if activated. To activate a Promo Code, a User shall enter the Promo Code in the special “Promocode” field before placing an Order in the Yango Deli interface and click “Apply”.
