How Many Points Can A Driver Get For A Ride?

For each completed ride, the driver gets points depending on the city and tariff. To get each level, the driver needs:

Important: to get a new level, the driver must have received the previous level at least once.

What Does A Driver Need To Do To Join?

Drivers who complete user orders through Yango Pro will automatically participate in the Loyalty Program.
How Points Are Earned
The number of points for a ride depends on the number of kilometers in the calculated route. The route starts from the driver’s current location when they accept the order and ends at the passenger’s drop-off point.
Track Your Points
On the Loyalty Program website, drivers can see the current number of loyalty points for 1 kilometer for each city and tariff. The driver can also see the details of earned points in the completed order card.
How Long Are The Benefits Active?
With each level, the driver gets new benefits. The benefits are active during the calendar month while the driver has that level. If the driver’s level becomes lower next month, for example from Plata to Bronce, the Plata benefits will not stay active in the new month.
Who Takes Part?
All drivers who complete user orders through Yango Pro take part in the Loyalty Program automatically.

Free cancellations after accepting
an order
The driver can cancel an already accepted order for free, without losing priority points.

Assigning more 
reliable passangers
When possible, the driver will get a more reliable passenger, who usually does not cancel orders. If there is no such passenger, the driver will still be able to receive orders.
+30 priority
Extra priority points help reduce time without offers and receive more orders, which will help increase income.
Bonus for passanger's
cancellations
If the driver is sufficiently close to the pickup point or is waiting for the passenger and the passenger cancels the order, the driver will receive compensation equivalent to the pickup fee minus the commission.

If the driver arrives close enough to point A, for example, within a radius of 200 meters, the pickup fee minus the commission will be compensated.
Commission discount
The discount is applied automatically and helps increase the driver's earnings.

The discount applies only to Yango's commission, not to the associated partner company's commission.

What are
Recovery Points?
Recovery Points are reserve points that allow drivers to restore their previous loyalty tier if they had a low-performance month and were downgraded.

The goal of this feature is to give drivers more flexibility and help them maintain their benefits even if they temporarily reduce their activity due to reasons such as vacation, illness, or personal issues.

Allocation & Validity

At the start, you will receive 7,000 Recovery Points.

These points will remain valid until December 31, 2026. Any unused Recovery Points will expire after this date.

⚠️ Please note: the number of points you can restore cannot exceed the points you earned in previous months.

How does
it work?
  • Drivers receive a balance of Recovery Points that they can use to restore a lost tier.
  • If a driver does not earn enough loyalty points in a given month and gets downgraded, they can use Recovery Points to return to their previous month’s tier.
  • Recovery is only possible if the driver has enough Recovery Points available.
  • Once restored, the recovered tier remains active until the end of the current month.
