Yango City Gaming Terms

These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the overall gameplay in the Yango City game. The Terms shall be binding and applied together with the Terms of Use available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"), the Yango Play Subscription Terms available at: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription Terms"), as well as the Privacy Policy available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

The Terms of Use, the Terms of Subscription and the Privacy Policy shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Documents".

The Terms may be amended at any time.

1. Terms and Definitions Used in the Terms

Yango Play Subscription or Subscription shall mean the provision of the User with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to gain remote access to any Subscription Content for viewing and/or listening via the Internet under the terms and conditions stipulated by the Subscription Terms.

Until February 1, 2024 the Subscription had been known as Yango Spark Subscription. Due to technical reasons, after that date, some content of Yango Play Service and promotional materials might temporally reflect the previous valid name of Subscription.

Yango Play Service or Service shall mean the Yango Play Service, the description and terms of use of which are specified in the Terms of Use.

Content shall mean the content as defined in the Terms of Use.

Subscription Content shall mean a part of the Content provided to the User in accordance with the Subscription Terms (depending on the User's location).

User shall mean an individual using the Service.

Participant shall mean a User of the Service who is a legally capable individual and has reached the age required to make transactions in the Service, having an IP address of device (or proxy server) on the Internet, according to Funtech, belonging to one of the following countries: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt, authorized in the User Account.

Yango City or Game shall mean the Yango City game, which is available in the "Yango City" section of the Service, the procedure and terms and conditions for participation in which are stipulated by the Terms.

City shall mean the virtual city built by the Participant in the Game and divided into Service Districts.

Service District shall mean an area on the City map in Yango City; In total, within the framework of the Game, the User may be granted with access to 4 Service Districts, namely: (1) Music District, (2) Movies and Series District, (3) City District, (4) Mini Games District.

Music District shall mean a Service District, the level of which increases when the User completes Quests related to the need to view and listen to Subscription content available in the "Music" section of the Service.

Movies and Series District shall mean a Service District, the level of which increases when the User completes Quests related to the need to view and listen to Subscription Content in the "Movies and Series" section of the Service.

City District shall mean a Service District, the level of which increases when the User completes Quests in the "Yango City" section of the Service (as well as Quests for other Service District, if such Districts were previously opened by the Participants and Service District Level Points for City District are mentioned in Rewards for such a Quest).

Mini Games District shall mean a Service District, the level of which increases when the User completes Quests related to gaining gaming experience in the "Mini Games" section of the Service.

Service District Level shall mean the rating of the Service District, which may be found in the Game, determined in accordance with the Service District Level Points accumulated by the Member when completing Quests for the corresponding Service District.

Quest shall mean any instructions and/or tasks (in particular, for the execution/completion of which it is necessary to perform actions in several sections of the Service) given to the Participant for the purpose of executing/completing them and getting any Reward in the Game in accordance with the Terms.

Daily Quests shall mean any Quests, the set of which is updated in the Game on a daily basis.

Reward shall mean Coins, Boosts, Service District Level Points, unlocking of several new items to decorate the City in the game store. Each Reward is determined randomly and displayed in the Game interface. There is no guarantee that any Rewards may be got on a day basis. Any Reward may be changed before it is credited to the Participant in the Game.

Coins shall mean an in-game currency that the Participant may get by completing Quests and playing some Mini Games (information on the possibility of getting Coins for completing levels of a particular Mini Game is specified in the Service).

Boosts shall mean any additional elements, which are available in terms of mini games, that help in completing levels in the mini game. Boosts may be got for completing any Quest. The Participant can also get Boosts for completing Mini Games. Information about the possibility of getting Boosts for completing a particular Mini Game is specified in the Service.

Service District Level Points shall be points depending on the number of which the Service District Level is to be determined. Service District Level Points may be got for completing Quests for the corresponding Service District.

Store shall mean a list of items for decorating the City available to the Participant for exchange for a certain number of Coins. New items in the Store will be opened to the Participant as the Level of the Service District increases or when certain actions in the Game are performed.

Mini Game shall mean an in-game mechanic that makes it possible to get Coins or another Reward as a result of completing it, as well as the opportunity to complete one of the available Quests, if the User has any Quests. Different groups of Participants may have access to various Mini Games, including, but not limited to, depending on the presence or absence of a Subscription/Service District Level.

Energy shall mean a numerical value that limits the Participant in the number of available completions of a part of the Mini Games. Each mini game may require its own amount of energy to complete. One (1) unit of Energy will be restored every 2 minutes for Participant up to the following value: 100.

Funtech shall mean Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC, registration number: 2060503, located at: UAE, Dubai, Trade Center Second, Office No. 2, Unit No. TO2-FLR03-03.04-2.

The Terms may also include other terms defined by the Documents.

2. Game Mechanics

2.1. Any Participant, who has gained access to the Service, as stipulated by the Terms of Use, may be granted access to 4 Service Districts within the framework of the Game to perform game actions. The relevant access to Service Districts will be granted when Participant logged into Service considering to the following:

• To gain access to the Services Districts, such as (1) City District and (2) Mini Games District the Participant shall complete the Quests suggested for the corresponding Service District (1,2) ;
• Access to the Service Districts, such as (3) Music District and (4) Movies and Series District, granted to the Participant who has gained access to the Subscription and has also completed the first Quest for the corresponding Service District (3,4).

2.3. If the corresponding Service District has already been opened by the Participant, the completion of Quests for each Service District will increase the Service District Level. Funtech shall be entitled to establish a maximum Service District Level for each Service District.

2.4. Each Service District has certain actions, including Quests, available in the Service District interface, the completion of which makes it possible to increase the Service District Level. Increasing the Service District Level by 1 level makes it possible to gain access to new items for the corresponding Service District in the Store.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 Funtech reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Game or its individual mechanics specified in Section 2 of the Terms or to amend their terms and conditions at any time without giving reasons. Information about the suspension/termination/amendment of the terms of the Game will be available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_city_rules.

3.2. When playing the Game, the Participant shall fully and unconditionally agree with the Terms and the Documents.

3.3. In order to counteract unfair actions to get Rewards and/or abuses in receiving Rewards, Funtech shall reserve the right to use methods not expressly stipulated by the Terms to verify that the Participant gets Rewards in accordance with the Terms and to refuse to provide Rewards if there are appropriate abuses and/or unfair actions to get Rewards.

3.4. The Participant shall understand that, depending on his/her location and

/or other reasons, he/she may not be able to access one or another Service District or a certain function of the Game.

3.5. In order to get Rewards and other game items, in the Game interface, any Participant may be asked to perform special actions that differ from the terms and conditions described above.

3.6. Authorization in the Game using One (1) device is available to no more than One (1) Participant. If the number of Participants authorized in the Game using One (1) device exceeds, Funtech shall be entitled to limit or deny access to the Game for all Participants authorized using such device.

3.7. Funtech shall be entitled to limit or prohibit the Participant’s access to the Game if unfair actions against Funtech or other Game Participants are detected. Funtech, at its own discretion, may determine the criteria for attributing the actions of the Game Participants as dishonest and shall be entitled not to disclose such criteria, as well as the mechanisms for their detection.

تحكم هذه الشروط (المشار إليها فيما بعد باسم "الشروط") أسلوب اللعب الشامل في لعبة Yango City. يجب أن تكون الشروط ملزمة ويتم تطبيقها مع شروط الاستخدام المتاحة على: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement (المشار إليها فيما بعد باسم "شروط الاستخدام")، وشروط الاشتراك في Yango Play المتاحة على: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions (المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "شروط الاشتراك")، بالإضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية المتاحة على: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_privacy_policy (المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "سياسة الخصوصية").

يُشار إلى شروط الاستخدام وشروط الاشتراك وسياسة الخصوصية فيما بعد باسم "الوثائق".

يجوز تعديل الشروط في أي وقت.

1. المصطلحات والتعريفات المستخدمة في الشروط

يعني الاشتراك أو اشتراك Yango Play توفير الفرصة للمستخدم، مقابل رسوم ولفترة زمنية محدودة، للحصول على وصول عن بعد إلى محتوى أي اشتراك للعرض و/أو الاستماع عبر الإنترنت بموجب الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في شروط الاشتراك.

حتى 1 فبراير 2024، كان الاشتراك يُعرف باسم اشتراك Yango Spark. ولأسباب فنية، قد تعكس بعض محتويات خدمة Yango Play والمواد الترويجية بعد هذا التاريخ مؤقتا الاسم السابق الصالح للاشتراك.

تعني الخدمة أو خدمة Yango Play خدمة Yango Play، والتي تم تحديد وصفها وشروط استخدامها في شروط الاستخدام.

المحتوى يعني المحتوى كما هو محدد في شروط الاستخدام.

محتوى الاشتراك يعني جزءًا من المحتوى المقدم للمستخدم وفقًا لشروط الاشتراك (اعتمادًا على موقع المستخدم).

المستخدم يعني الشخص الذي يستخدم الخدمة.

يُقصد بالمشارك مستخدم الخدمة الذي يتمتع بالقدرة القانونية وقد بلغ السن المطلوب لإجراء معاملات في الخدمة، وله عنوان IP لجهاز (أو خادم وكيل) على الإنترنت، وفقًا لـ Funtech، المنتمي إلى أحد الدول التالية: الإمارات العربية المتحدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، قطر، الكويت، البحرين، عمان ومصر واألردن، المصرح لها في حساب المستخدم.

تعني Yango City أو اللعبة لعبة Yango City المتوفرة في قسم "Yango City" بالخدمة، والتي تنص الشروط على إجراءات وشروط وأحكام المشاركة فيها.

المدينة تعني المدينة الافتراضية التي بناها المشارك في اللعبة ومقسمة إلى مناطق الخدمة.

منطقة الخدمة تعني منطقة على خريطة المدينة في Yango City؛ في المجمل، وفي إطار اللعبة، يجوز منح المستخدم حق الوصول إلى 4 مناطق خدمة، وهي: (1) منطقة الموسيقى، (2) منطقة الأفلام والمسلسلات، (3) منطقة المدينة، (4) منطقة الألعاب المصغرة.

منطقة الموسيقى تعني منطقة الخدمة، والتي يرتفع مستواها عندما يكمل المستخدم المهام المتعلقة بالحاجة إلى عرض محتوى الاشتراك المتوفر في قسم "الموسيقى" بالخدمة والاستماع إليه.

منطقة الأفلام والمسلسلات تعني منطقة الخدمة، والتي يرتفع مستواها عندما يكمل المستخدم المهام المتعلقة بالحاجة إلى عرض محتوى الاشتراك والاستماع إليه في قسم "الأفلام والمسلسلات" بالخدمة.

منطقة المدينة تعني منطقة الخدمة، والتي يرتفع مستواها عندما يكمل المستخدم المهام في قسم "Yango City" من الخدمة (بالإضافة إلى المهام الخاصة بمنطقة الخدمة الأخرى، إذا تم فتح هذه المناطق مسبقًا من قبل المشاركين ونقاط مستوى منطقة الخدمة لمنطقة المدينة مذكورة في مكافآت مثل هذه المهمة).

منطقة الألعاب المصغرة تعني منطقة الخدمة التي يرتفع مستواها عندما يكمل المستخدم المهام المتعلقة باكتساب تجربة الألعاب في قسم "الألعاب المصغرة" في الخدمة.

مستوى منطقة الخدمة يعني تقييم منطقة الخدمة، الذي يمكن العثور عليه في اللعبة، والذي تم تحديده وفقًا لنقاط مستوى منطقة الخدمة التي جمعها العضو عند إكمال المهام لمنطقة الخدمة المقابلة.

تعني المهمة أي تعليمات و/أو مهام (على وجه الخصوص، لتنفيذها/إكمالها والتي من الضروري تنفيذ إجراءات في عدة أقسام من الخدمة) المقدمة للمشارك لغرض تنفيذها/إكمالها والحصول على أي مكافأة في اللعبة وفقًا للشروط.

المهام اليومية تعني أي مهام يتم تحديث مجموعتها في اللعبة على أساس يومي.

تعني المكافأة العملات والتعزيزات ونقاط مستوى منطقة الخدمة وفتح العديد من العناصر الجديدة لتزيين المدينة في متجر اللعبة. يتم تحديد كل مكافأة بشكل عشوائي وعرضها في واجهة اللعبة. ليس هناك ما يضمن إمكانية الحصول على أي مكافآت على أساس يومي. يجوز تغيير أي مكافأة قبل إضافتها إلى المشارك في اللعبة.

العملات تعني العملة داخل اللعبة التي قد يحصل عليها المشارك من خلال إكمال المهام ولعب بعض الألعاب المصغرة (يتم تحديد معلومات حول إمكانية الحصول على العملات لإكمال مستويات لعبة مصغرة معينة في الخدمة).

التعزيزات تعني أي عناصر إضافية، متوفرة فيما يتعلق بالألعاب المصغرة، والتي تساعد في إكمال المستويات في اللعبة المصغرة. قد يتم الحصول على التعزيزات لقاء إكمال أي مهمة. يمكن للمشارك أيضًا الحصول على التعزيزات مقابل إكمال الألعاب المصغرة. يتم تحديد المعلومات حول إمكانية الحصول على التعزيزات لإكمال لعبة صغيرة معينة في الخدمة.

يجب أن تكون نقاط مستوى منطقة الخدمة نقاطًا اعتمادًا على العدد الذي سيتم تحديد مستوى منطقة الخدمة فيه. يمكن الحصول على نقاط مستوى منطقة الخدمة مقابل إكمال المهام الخاصة بمنطقة الخدمة المقابلة.

المتجر يعني قائمة العناصر المخصصة لتزيين المدينة والمتاحة للمشارك لاستبدالها بعدد معين من العملات. سيتم فتح عناصر جديدة في المتجر للمشارك مع زيادة مستوى منطقة الخدمة أو عند تنفيذ إجراءات معينة في اللعبة.

تعني اللعبة المصغرة آلية داخل اللعبة تتيح الحصول على عملات أو مكافأة أخرى نتيجة لإكمالها، بالإضافة إلى فرصة إكمال إحدى المهام المتاحة، إذا كان لدى المستخدم أي مهام. قد تتمتع مجموعات مختلفة من المشاركين بإمكانية الوصول إلى العديد من الألعاب المصغرة، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، اعتمادًا على وجود أو عدم وجود مستوى الاشتراك/منطقة الخدمة.

الطاقة تعني قيمة عددية تحد المشارك من عدد مرات الإكمال المتاحة لجزء من الألعاب المصغرة. قد تتطلب كل لعبة صغيرة قدرًا خاصًا بها من الطاقة لإكمالها. سيتم استعادة وحدة (1) واحدة من الطاقة كل دقيقتين للمشارك حتى القيمة التالية: 100.

Funtech تعني Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC، رقم التسجيل 2060503، وموقعها في: الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دبي، المركز التجاري الثاني، المكتب رقم 2، وحدة رقم TO2-FLR03-03.04-2.

قد تتضمن الشروط أيضًا شروطًا أخرى تحددها الوثائق.

2. آليات اللعبة

2.1. يجوز منح أي مشارك حصل على حق الوصول إلى الخدمة، وفقًا لما تنص عليه شروط الاستخدام، حق الوصول إلى 4 مناطق خدمة في إطار اللعبة لتنفيذ إجراءات اللعبة. سيتم منح حق الوصول ذي الصلة إلى مناطق الخدمة عندما يقوم المشارك بتسجيل الدخول إلى الخدمة مع مراعاة ما يلي:

• للوصول إلى مناطق الخدمات، مثل (1) منطقة المدينة و(2) منطقة الألعاب المصغرة، يجب على المشارك إكمال المهام المقترحة لمنطقة الخدمة المقابلة (1،2).
• الوصول إلى مناطق الخدمات، مثل (3) منطقة الموسيقى و(4) منطقة الأفلام والمسلسلات، الممنوحة للمشارك الذي حصل على حق الوصول إلى الاشتراك وأكمل أيضًا المهمة الأولى لمنطقة الخدمة المقابلة (3،4)

2.3. إذا تم بالفعل فتح منطقة الخدمة المقابلة من قبل المشارك، فإن إكمال المهام لكل منطقة خدمة سيزيد من مستوى منطقة الخدمة. يحق لشركة Funtech تحديد الحد الأقصى لمستوى منطقة الخدمة لكل منطقة خدمة.

2.4. تتمتع كل منطقة خدمة بإجراءات معينة، بما في ذلك المهام، المتوفرة في واجهة منطقة الخدمة، والتي يؤدي إكمالها إلى زيادة مستوى منطقة الخدمة. تتيح زيادة مستوى منطقة الخدمة بمقدار مستوى واحد إمكانية الوصول إلى عناصر جديدة لمنطقة الخدمة المقابلة في المتجر.

3. متفرقات

3.1 تحتفظ Funtech بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء اللعبة أو آلياتها الفردية المحددة في القسم 2 من الشروط أو تعديل الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بها في أي وقت دون إبداء الأسباب. ستكون المعلومات حول تعليق/إنهاء/تعديل شروط اللعبة متاحة على: https://yango.com/legal/yango_city_rules .

3.2. عند لعب اللعبة، يجب على المشارك الموافقة بشكل كامل وغير مشروط على الشروط والوثائق.

3.3. من أجل مواجهة الإجراءات غير العادلة للحصول على المكافآت و/أو إساءة استخدام تلقي المكافآت، تحتفظ Funtech بالحق في استخدام الطرق غير المنصوص عليها صراحةً في الشروط للتحقق من حصول المشارك على المكافآت وفقًا للشروط ورفض تقديم المكافآت إذا كانت هناك انتهاكات مناسبة و/أو إجراءات غير عادلة للحصول على المكافآت.

3.4. يجب أن يفهم المشارك أنه، اعتمادًا على موقعه و/أو

لأسباب أخرى، قد لا يتمكن من الوصول إلى منطقة خدمة أو أخرى أو إلى وظيفة معينة في اللعبة.

3.5. من أجل الحصول على المكافآت وعناصر اللعبة الأخرى، في واجهة اللعبة، قد يُطلب من أي مشارك تنفيذ إجراءات خاصة تختلف عن الشروط والأحكام الموضحة أعلاه.

3.6. التفويض في اللعبة باستخدام جهاز واحد (1) متاح لما لا يزيد عن مشارك واحد (1). إذا تجاوز عدد المشاركين المصرح لهم في اللعبة باستخدام جهاز واحد (1)، يحق لشركة Funtech تقييد أو رفض الوصول إلى اللعبة لجميع المشاركين المصرح لهم باستخدام هذا الجهاز.

3.7. يحق لشركة Funtech تقييد أو حظر وصول المشارك إلى اللعبة في حالة اكتشاف إجراءات غير عادلة ضد Funtech أو المشاركين الآخرين في اللعبة. يجوز لشركة Funtech، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، تحديد معايير نسب تصرفات المشاركين في اللعبة على أنها غير شريفة، ويحق لها عدم الكشف عن هذه المعايير، فضلاً عن آليات اكتشافها.
