Booking a ride is a breeze. All you have to do is track or enter your location and choose the point of destination. Hit the Request button and wait for the available driver. You don’t have to wait outside, just track the location of the driver in the app. Moreover, the app will send you a notification as soon as the driver arrives.

It depends on the service class that you’ve chosen. With Minibus, there can be up to 8 people. With other classes, up to 4.

How do I leave tips for the driver?

You can choose the amount of tip manually after each drive, or you can preset it in the settings. Choose Payment method and Default Tip to set the amount. If you do so, the tip will be paid automatically if you rate the ride 4 or 5 or don’t rate it at all.
