How Many Points Can A Driver Get For A Ride?

For each completed ride, the driver gets points depending on the city and tariff. To get each level, the driver needs:

Important: to get a new level, the driver must have received the previous level at least once.

What Does A Driver Need To Do To Join?

The driver needs to complete Yango rides.
How Points Are Earned
The number of points for a ride depends on the number of kilometers in the calculated route. The route starts from the driver’s current location when they accept the order and ends at the passenger’s drop-off point.
Track Your Points
On the Loyalty Program website, drivers can see the current number of loyalty points for 1 kilometer for each city and tariff. The driver can also see the details of earned points in the completed order card.
How Long Are The Benefits Active?
With each level, the driver gets new benefits. The benefits are active during the calendar month while the driver has that level. If the driver’s level becomes lower next month, for example from Plata to Bronce, the Plata benefits will not stay active in the new month.
Who Takes Part?
Drivers in Economy, Comfort, Comfort +, Premier and XL tariffs who complete user orders through Yango Pro 
take part in the Loyalty Program automatically.

Free cancellations after accepting
an order
The driver can cancel an already accepted order for free, without losing priority points.

Assigning more 
reliable passangers
When possible, the driver will get a more reliable passenger, who usually does not cancel orders. If there is no such passenger, the driver will still be able to receive orders.
+30 priority
Extra priority points help reduce time without offers and receive more orders, which will help increase income.
Bonus for passanger's
cancellations
If the driver has already arrived close enough to point A, or is waiting for the passenger, and the passenger cancels the order, the driver will get compensation for the car arrival cost, minus commission.
Commission discount
Automatically will be applied and will increase your income.
