The Yango Pro app plays an audio message to inform you that your route is being recorded during the trip for your safety and to help quickly resolve issues, for example, if the ride ends at a different place than requested.

You have access to in-app Safety Center — a centralized hub with essential protection tools: Route Sharing (for trip visibility), SOS Button (for emergency response), and Conflict Button (for dispute documentation). This provides immediate safety resources at your fingertips during every trip.

If your route unexpectedly deviates, our Support team will instantly contact both you and the passenger — verifying safety in real-time and proactively preventing potential incidents before they escalate.

During active orders, partner drivers can use the Route Sharing button to share real-time trip details with trusted contacts — providing peace of mind should assistance ever be needed.

In case a dispute does occur between a passenger and a partner driver, the Yango Support team will be there to assist you. Our specialists are available 24/7 to help de-escalate tensions and help to find a prompt resolution for both parties.
