Ride never took place
If a ride was canceled after the driver already arrived and was waiting, you'll be charged a cancellation fee. You'll also be charged if 10 minutes pass and you haven't arrived at the pickup point.
If the driver left with another passenger or your ride never took place, but you were still charged, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
