Cargo transportation services are provided by Taxi Service Partners (the “Service Partners”) via trucks and vehicles of various sizes. The following terms apply to all such services:
General Terms of Use: • Prices are calculated on a per-minute basis. • A minimum charge of two hours applies to all bookings, regardless of actual usage time. • The minimum two-hour charge is non-refundable. • After the initial two hours, billing is calculated per minute. • Examples: • If a vehicle is booked for 3 hours but used for 2 hours and 40 minutes, the customer will be charged per-minute for 2 hours and 40 minutes. • If a vehicle is booked for 3 hours but used for 1 hour and 40 minutes, the customer will still be charged for 2 full hours. • If a vehicle is booked for 3 hours but used for 3 hours and 40 minutes, the customer will be charged for the full duration used — 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Pricing Structure (Per Hour): Small Truck (S): • - 0 loaders: AED 39.10 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 34.00 per hour for each additional hour. • - 1 loader: AED 52.00 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 45.22 per hour for each additional hour. • - 2 loaders: AED 65.30 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 56.78 per hour for each additional hour. Medium Truck (M): • - 0 loaders: AED 43.40 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 37.74 per hour for each additional hour. • - 1 loader: AED 56.42 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 49.06 per hour for each additional hour. • - 2 loaders: AED 69.44 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 60.38 per hour for each additional hour. Large Truck (L): • - 0 loaders: AED 50.83 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 44.20 per hour for each additional hour. • - 1 loader: AED 64.05 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 55.69 per hour for each additional hour. • - 2 loaders: AED 76.76 per hour for the first 2 hours, AED 66.74 per hour for each additional hour.
Additional Information: The transportation of cargo is executed solely by Service Partners. Ride prices may increase taking into account surge pricing and/or reduced density (if applicable) and/or linear density (if applicable) in cases specified in the Terms of Use.
There might be a pickup fee. A pickup fee will be added to the transport price and is calculated based on:
(1) the distance between the vehicle and the User's location and
(2) the time required for the vehicle to cover this distance.
There might be a request cancellation fee. A cancellation fee is charged in the following cases:
(1) the request is canceled by the service after the car has been dispatched or passenger no-show at the pickup location. The cancellation fee is calculated as the transport price for the time either from when the car actually arrived at the pickup point or the pickup time specified in the request information (whichever is the later) up to the moment the request is canceled, or it's equal to the minimum transport price for the corresponding service class. In the case of paid cancellations of requests to the airport, the city service class rate is applied, excluding the pickup fee, which is calculated as an out-of-city pickup according to the service class. In any event, the maximum cancellation fee will not exceed the cost of a ten-minute transport (including any free wait time included in the service class),
(2) cancellation in the service of a transport request with pickup fee 3 (three) minutes after confirmation in the service's interface. The cancellation fee for a transport request with a paid pickup is equal to the pickup fee,
(3) in other cases provided for by the Terms of Use of the service, depending on the user’s region.
The rates are valid until 30.09.2025.
