Yandex Georgia is seeking a Marketing Lead based in Tbilisi to spearhead our marketing efforts in the region.
In this role, you will drive the growth and success of our services in the local market by developing and implementing a unified marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.

You will be responsible for
• Leading and coordinating all marketing teams involved in promoting the company’s services
• Developing and implementing a unified marketing strategy conducive to achieving the company's goals and growing its service offerings
• Ensuring consistent positioning and integrated communications across all products and services
• Organizing and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
• Managing internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure high quality, timely delivery
• Analyzing the market, competition, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly
• Managing the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation and strong return on investment (ROI)
• Enhancing brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement
You might be a fit if you have
• At least 4–5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in a competitive industry
• A solid understanding of the Georgian market and international marketing practices
• Expertise in integrated marketing strategies and brand management
• A proven track record of developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Experience working with external agencies
• The ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape
• Basic financial skills to manage marketing budgets and assess ROI
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Georgian and sufficient English and Russian to communicate effectively
