• Maintaining appropriate stock levels and distribution coverage across all markets
• Serving as the single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring that the Commercial department's volume plans and the Marketing department's stock-on-hand targets are met
• Managing offline promoters and merchandisers day to day, ensuring they meet operational standards
• Making sure that promoter budgets align with the approved performance-based scheme
• Rolling out branded offline touchpoints using standard templates and processes, and conducting regular quality checks
• Coordinating promotions (in-store materials, displays, etc.), deciding what goods will land in the store and the timelines for that
• Supporting the launch of new channels and regions by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks
• Preparing for new launches by coordinating on-the-ground requirements, including stock, materials, standards, and field instructions
