Yandex Kyrgyzstan is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Yandex Eats team. Yandex Eats brings restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and retailers together in one app, making it easy to order everything from restaurant meals to everyday essentials.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll shape and deliver the product's marketing strategy, drive growth, and help strengthen our market presence in the region.

You will be responsible for
• Developing and managing the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Kyrgyzstan market
• Spotting opportunities for market research and proposing hypotheses to explore
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring their efficient utilization
• Supporting the Commercial department with marketing initiatives
• Tracking and influencing key business and marketing metrics, including product awareness, sales growth, and brand loyalty
• Collaborating with creative teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
• Identifying and developing new marketing channels online and offline
You might be a fit if you have
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing costs
• Experience taking 360° campaigns and marketing events from brief to execution
• A deep understanding of marketing research and technology
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to clearly justify and defend your point of view
