Technical Support Engineer (Bolivia)

Yango Group is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our internal IT support team in Bolivia region and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the company. In this role, you will help resolve technical issues, improve IT processes, and contribute to a reliable and efficient workplace.
You will be responsible for
• Handling inquiries in the registration system
• Logging requests in the incident management system
• Performing initial diagnostics and classifying incoming queries
• Providing solutions to incidents and consultation requests
• Directing queries to relevant support teams based on preliminary diagnostics and categorization
• Updating requests with additional information as necessary
• Forwarding queries to partner organizations when appropriate
• Collecting feedback on service quality through centralized information systems
• Educating customers on resolving common issues independently and using centralized information systems
• Identifying new partners, providers, and IT equipment suppliers (including IT setup during new launches, sourcing providers for new locations, tracking and purchasing IT equipment, and maintaining current facilities)
• Developing technical solutions for new challenges and changing conditions in the local market
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience using query registration systems and Service Desk platforms
• Proficient computer skills
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Knowledge of modern IT technologies
• High energy, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills
