Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for a Head of Advertising Monetization to consolidate advertising sales and monetization across all business areas of the company and build a unified approach to working with advertisers. We are developing an ecosystem of services that integrates ride-sharing, food delivery, express delivery from stores, and other areas into a single digital space.

You will be responsible for
• Developing and enhancing the advertising monetization strategy for all business areas of the company in Qazaqstan
• Consolidating budgets, plans, and forecasts for advertising revenue across all areas and monitoring their implementation
• Building and conducting negotiations with advertisers and agencies (from local clients to international brands)
• Establishing unified standards and processes for advertising sales where they haven’t been implemented yet
• Coordinating work with business area teams to achieve common advertising revenue goals
• Analyzing the advertising market and recommending priorities for monetization growth
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in advertising sales and monetization
• A deep understanding of the local advertising market and practices for working with advertisers
• Experience independently conducting negotiations and closing deals
• Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and tools (including Yandex Direct)
• Experience working in an advertising agency or companies on the advertiser’s side
• Native‑level proficiency in Qazaq
