This role involves designing the workflow, writing effective scripts, and leading a team of specialists. You will be responsible for
• Designing and implementing the collections workflow
• Developing clear, compliant, and effective call scripts and objection‑handling guides for the team
• Training and managing the collections team
• Monitoring KPIs, conducting call reviews, and providing actionable coaching
• Ensuring all activities strictly follow internal policies
You might be a fit if you have
• 2+ years of experience in the collections field and 6+ months of leadership experience
• Proven ability to build collection processes and write working scripts from scratch
• Deep understanding of banking products and financial regulations
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) and Urdu
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and auto‑dialer systems
• A reliable, high‑speed internet connection
• A professional headset with a noise‑canceling microphone
