Yandex Uzbekistan is looking for a Marketing Manager for our Yandex Eats team to develop and execute our marketing strategy in Uzbekistan, drive growth, and strengthen our market presence. Yandex Eats brings restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and stores together in one app, making everything from restaurant meals to everyday groceries easy to order.

You will be responsible for
• Developing and managing the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Uzbek market
• Identifying needs for marketing research and proposing hypotheses for testing
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring they are used effectively
• Providing marketing support to the commercial team
• Identifying, tracking, and influencing key business and marketing metrics, including product awareness, sales growth, and brand loyalty
• Collaborating with creative teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
• Identifying and developing new offline and online promotion channels
You might be a fit if you have
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in budget management and cost analysis
• Experience organizing 360° advertising campaigns and marketing events from brief to execution
• A deep understanding of marketing research and technologies
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to clearly justify and defend your point of view
