Supplier Relationship Manager (China)

Yango Group is looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to manage supplier partnerships and support product development. Apply if you can source new suppliers using different channels and speak and write in English.
You will be responsible for
• Sourcing new suppliers by visiting events and online, finding out the top factories for certain products
• Introducing new suppliers to our service and build a contact channel
• Collecting basic factory information using the template
• Managing supplier performance, contracts, policy compliances, and claims
• Serving as the point of contact for suppliers' daily business operations
• Regularly reviewing supplier performance
• Analyzing market trends
• Optimizing the supplier base
• Centralizing orders to strategic suppliers
You might be a fit if you have
• A supplier network with related products
• The ability to source new suppliers using different channel
• Knowledge of how to export trading payment terms and incoterms
• Knowledge of related product production processes, product costs, and key impactors
• Excellent communication skills on different levels, internally and externally
• Good project management, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to speak and write in English
• Proficiency in Office Excel (including with formulas, filters, conditional formatting, and pivot tables)
It's a plus if you:
• Know how to work with Power BI, SQL
• Know related product key raw materials and accessories
• Have experience with new factory audits
• Have a flexible working and travel schedule
