Collections Specialist / Debt Recovery Specialist (Pakistan)

We're looking for a Collections Specialist to help customers resolve overdue installment payments while delivering a positive customer experience. In this remote position, you'll communicate with customers, negotiate sustainable repayment solutions, and ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
You will be responsible for
• Making outbound calls to customers using an automated dialing system
• Negotiating sustainable payment arrangements and securing commitments to pay while handling objections professionally
• De-escalating challenging customer situations and collaborating with internal teams when additional support is needed
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and follow-up actions
You might be a fit if you have
• 6+ months of experience in debt collection or debt recovery
• Fluency in English and Urdu, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to balance firmness with empathy and confidently de-escalate difficult conversations
• Experience working with CRM platforms and automated dialing systems
• A reliable high-speed internet connection
