• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years leading a team
• Experience building and optimizing business processes
• A track record of developing high-performing teams, including mid- and senior-level professionals
• Strong analytical skills and experience using AI tools for data analysis, workflow automation, and content preparation
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a structured approach to work
• Experience managing or taking ownership of a business unit's P&L
It will be a plus if you have:
• Experience in HoReCa, food delivery, foodtech, FMCG, or e-commerce
• Knowledge of the restaurant and retail industries
• Experience working with marketplaces or aggregator platforms
• Experience managing advertising or adtech revenue streams
