We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to help maintain high-quality support for our ride-hailing service. You’ll review customer support interactions, provide feedback to agents, and help ensure every user feels heard and valued. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Guatemala.
You will be responsible for
• Reviewing support agent responses and evaluating their quality
• Providing feedback on reviewed cases and explaining the reasoning behind each evaluation
• Analyzing performance issues and discussing improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics
• Preparing reports on reviewed cases and documenting any issues
• Suggesting improvements to make our support service more effective and deliver a better user experience
You might be a fit if you have
• 6+ months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or in a similar role
B2 or higher Spanish and English
• A personal laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for remote work
• The ability to work collaboratively and support teammates
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
