Yandex Uzbekistan is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Tashkent for our Eats team to help expand the partner network and lead a sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for partner acquisition, sales initiatives, and team management while contributing to the growth of the business.
You will be responsible for
• Identifying and acquiring new partners
• Conducting cold sales activities and outreach campaigns
• Working with incoming leads and partnership requests
• Holding meetings and negotiations with partners
• Working with CRM systems and other internal tools
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to internal projects and initiatives
• Managing and developing the sales team
• Participating in cross-functional projects

• Experience in B2B sales
• Successful experience in cold sales over the phone
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to find solutions in challenging situations
• The ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A desire to grow professionally and develop your sales expertise
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail, persistence, and reliability
• Proficiency in Uzbek
