Yango Group is looking for an Offline Support Specialist to provide customer support by phone and in-person in Abidjan. In this role, you will assist users and drivers, resolve inquiries and incidents, and help improve the overall customer experience.
You will be responsible for
• Providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls, as well as in-person assistance
• Assisting users and drivers with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Availability to work in Abidjan
• A passion for helping and communicating with people
• Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• The ability to interact confidently with customers in person
• Completed studies or are not currently enrolled
• A laptop and stable internet connection for remote work when needed
