We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Angola. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, manage complex cases, and track support interactions.
This is an on-site position based in Luanda, Angola.
You will be responsible for
• Providing timely and effective support to customers by various communication channels (email, phone, chat)
• Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate support interaction logs
• Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal skills in Portuguese and English
• A personal laptop or desktop
• The ability to work in a team and support your colleagues
• A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
It'd be a plus if you:
• Have 6+ months of experience in customer support
