Yango Group is looking for a Voice Support Specialist to join our team in Angola. In this role, you will support customers through voice and chat channels, help resolve issues, and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a remote position based in Angola.
You will be responsible for
• Providing timely customer support by phone and chat
• Assisting customers with technical issues related to products and services
• Escalating complex cases to senior specialists or relevant teams
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions
• Collaborating with teammates to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply, including backup sources
• The ability to work in a team and support colleagues
• A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
• Preferably 3+ months of experience in customer support or call centers
• A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
