As a Senior Sales Manager at Yango Tech, you will be the strategic bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and enterprise customers in FinTech, MedTech, AI Agent platforms, data center infrastructure, and government/city technology. This is not a traditional sales role—you will be part strategist, part technologist, and part trusted advisor, helping CIOs, CTOs, Chief Medical Officers, Government Digital Officers, and technology leaders envision and implement AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable impact in regulated, mission-critical environments.
You will be responsible for
• Building long-term account ownership, running the full sales cycle for complex, multi-million dollar engagements with long cycles in regulated industries • Developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for FinTech institutions, healthcare systems, AI-native companies, data center operators, and government entities • Embedding with customer teams to deeply understand their operational challenges, regulatory constraints, and strategic objectives • Partnering with Solution Architects to design compelling pilot programs that demonstrate measurable value while meeting compliance requirements • Leading executive presentations, technical demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with business and technical audiences • Guiding customers through pilot-to-scale journeys, converting successful POCs into enterprise-wide deployments • Monitoring industry landscapes across all five focus sectors, tracking regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and emerging use cases • Contributing to thought leadership and market positioning—speaking at industry events, publishing insights, and building Yango Tech's reputation in each vertical
You might be a fit if you have
• 5-10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting, ideally with exposure to FinTech, HealthTech, AI platforms, infrastructure/cloud services, or government/public sector • A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 6+ month sales cycles in regulated industries • Experience selling into enterprise financial institutions, healthcare systems, government entities, or technology infrastructure buyers in GCC, MENA, or similar markets • A background in management consulting (Big 3 & Big 4), investment banking, or high-growth tech is a strong plus • Deep sector expertise in at least one focus area (FinTech, MedTech, AI agents, data centers, or Gov/City Tech) with a willingness to develop across all five • Fluent Russian and English It’d be a plus if you: • Have fluent Kazakh
