• 5-10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting, ideally with exposure to FinTech, HealthTech, AI platforms, infrastructure/cloud services, or government/public sector
• A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 6+ month sales cycles in regulated industries
• Experience selling into enterprise financial institutions, healthcare systems, government entities, or technology infrastructure buyers in GCC, MENA, or similar markets
• A background in management consulting (Big 3 & Big 4), investment banking, or high-growth tech is a strong plus
• Deep sector expertise in at least one focus area (FinTech, MedTech, AI agents, data centers, or Gov/City Tech) with a willingness to develop across all five
• Fluent Russian and English
