We are looking for a Hub Expert to join our team in Botswana. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, and deal with complex cases.
You will be responsible for
• Providing offline support at the driver hub, addressing technical and operational matters face-to-face
• Conducting training to educate drivers about the platform and best practices
• Collecting feedback from drivers to improve operations and services
• Leading onboarding and customer satisfaction efforts through follow-up calls and special projects
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
• The ability to work in a team and support colleagues
• A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
• 6+ months of experience in customer support (preferred)
• A willingness to work in a hybrid structure, mostly in-office
