Yango Group is looking for an Offline Support Specialist to provide customer assistance by phone and face-to-face in Caracas, Venezuela. Apply if you have a passion for helping people and strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.*
You will be responsible for
• Providing high-quality in-person support
• Handling online customer inquiries in internal systems
• Following service procedures, SLAs, and quality guidelines
You might be a fit if you have
• Previous customer service experience (in-person experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic digital skills and the ability to work with internal tools
• Completed studies or studies currently on pause
• A laptop you can bring to different locations
• Availability to work fully on-site and move between offices in Caracas when required
