Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for a Sales Manager to join Yandex Ads in Qazaqstan and contribute to the enhancement of next-gen advertising solutions. Yandex Ads develops global, AI-driven adtech solutions designed to help businesses achieve branding and performance outcomes. Our platforms connect more than 600,000 advertisers with over 90,000 publishers worldwide, providing comprehensive tools for growth, advanced analytics, and effective monetization.
In this role, you will consult clients from various industries on Yandex’s advertising products, analyze ad placements, propose optimal solutions, and build strong partner relationships to help clients achieve their business goals.
You will be responsible for
• Building and maintaining strong partner relationships with clients
• Consulting clients on their ad placements across Yandex services
• Analyzing clients’ current ad placements and identifying growth opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Proposing ideas and solutions to optimize advertising campaigns and achieve better results
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in performance digital advertising
• Knowledge of Yandex Ads (including Yandex Direct, tCPA, auto strategies, and the Yandex Advertising Network / RSYA)
• Experience working at a digital agency or with a reseller
• Experience working with clients in at least one of the following verticals: fintech, e-commerce, automotive, or real estate
• An understanding of the performance campaign funnel, as well as the fundamentals of campaign analytics and optimization
• Strong skills in building client relationships at a strategic partner level
It’d be a plus if you:
• Have familiarity with API integration and automated tools within Yandex Ads
• Have an existing client base or agency contacts
• Are experienced using AI-powered tools
