Yandex Plus is a subscription that brings together entertainment and digital media services into a single product, making the Yandex ecosystem more convenient, cost-effective, and personalized for users. We are developing the subscription model in the Armenian market, building partnerships with companies across different industries, and launching integrations that help businesses increase the value of their products and retain customers. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Yandex Plus subscription model through integrations, joint products, and long-term partnerships.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and implementing partner strategy, establishing and developing cooperation with companies across different market segments, building communication with decision-makers, and preparing partner offers, presentations, and commercial terms, with a focus on integrating the Yandex Plus subscription model into partners' products and services and launching joint initiatives and long-term cooperation programs • Coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, product, legal, and finance to launch and scale partnership projects, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of integrations and partnership programs, supporting business planning, tracking key metrics, and developing the partner portfolio • Supporting requests from companies interested in integrating Yandex Plus into their products, loyalty programs, or marketing mechanics • Identifying new growth opportunities within partnerships, expanding integration formats, launching additional products, and adapting the Yandex Plus subscription model to partners' business models in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience in partnership development, sales, or working with ecosystem products (B2B, B2B2C, partnership models) • Experience building long-term partnerships and working with decision-makers • The ability to prepare commercial proposals and calculate integration economics • Experience leading negotiations and launching cross-functional projects • Experience working with partnership pipelines and performance metrics • An understanding of loyalty program business models (preferred) • A proactive approach and the ability to independently identify growth opportunities and drive projects to results • Fluency in Russian and Armenian
