* Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and expense reimbursements
* Submitting payroll data for calculation, cross-checking results, and validating final amounts before payment
* Managing the offboarding process, ensuring all exit procedures are followed and providing departing employees with information and support
* Drafting and managing employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, terminations), ensuring timely execution
* Conducting regular audits of HR processes and records to identify and address potential non-compliance
* Participating in grievance, disciplinary, appeal, and other formal employee relations processes when necessary
* Coordinating with insurance brokers to ensure employees are covered under company insurance policies
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Legal, Finance, C&B) to support HR operations
