Yango Group is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Guatemala. In this role, you will review the work of support agents, provide constructive feedback, and help improve service quality across written and voice channels.
You will be responsible for
• Reviewing the quality of responses provided by support agents across written and voice channels
• Providing detailed comments for each reviewed case and justifying scores
• Supporting agents with low quality scores by analyzing mistakes and helping improve performance
• Compiling reports based on reviewed cases and highlighting inaccuracies or inconsistencies in current procedures or guidelines

• Fluency in English and Spanish
