Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for an Agency Account Manager to join Yandex Ads in Qazaqstan and contribute to the enhancement of next-gen advertising solutions. Yandex Ads develops global, AI-driven adtech solutions designed to help businesses achieve branding and performance outcomes. Our platforms connect more than 600,000 advertisers with over 90,000 publishers worldwide, providing comprehensive tools for growth, advanced analytics, and effective monetization.
You will be responsible for
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs, and expanding the client base • Analyzing regional trends, forecasting them, and building sales strategies based on these insights • Coordinating internal and external resources to accelerate workflows and support client projects • Helping clients solve problems, managing expectations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery • Demonstrating the value of products and services while identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities • Managing multiple products and accounts simultaneously, ensuring effective multitasking and prioritization • Maintaining regular communication with clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and supporting ongoing growth • Resolving issues related to advertising campaigns, payments, and other operational matters while building relationships with C-level stakeholders • Achieving and exceeding targets for sales, advertiser acquisition, and other KPIs, while participating in regional marketing activities and strategy projects
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and sales or partner management • A good understanding of the digital advertising industry, including key metrics and performance indicators • Strong analytical and business development skills • A readiness to dive deeply into products and partner challenges and help solve them • The ability to work independently • The ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and identify new growth opportunities • Experience building client relationships using a consultative sales approach • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Will be a plus if you: • Have fluent Qazaq and English
