You will be responsible for
• Developing and launching projects aimed at increasing awareness of Yandex Go and its services
• Managing local creative initiatives, including 360 campaigns, to strengthen brand perception
• Organizing integrations and launching joint marketing campaigns
• Coordinating BTL activities and other partner engagement formats
• Planning and executing advertising campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness
• Managing cross-service projects and ensuring synergy between services within the super app
• Developing joint value propositions and large-scale campaigns with local service teams
You might be a fit if you have
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand marketing
• Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns and understanding their structure
• Skills in market and customer research, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable initiatives
• Experience working with local partners, brands, and influencers, including organizing BTL activities and integrations
• The ability to manage cross-service projects, set clear tasks, ensure quality execution, and deliver results
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate work across teams and partners
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven approach
• Fluency in Russian and Kyrgyz (English is a plus)
