• Analyzing and assessing current order trends on a daily and weekly basis
• Monitoring delivery quality (delays, cancellations, CTE) and managing its performance
• Managing courier activation, training, and onboarding, as well as planning and assessing the required number of couriers based on expected load and the actual market situation
• Planning courier demand, preparing analytical reports for business decision-making, and participating in process development and automation
• Developing and overseeing projects aimed at business growth in the country, from initiative definition to full implementation
• Helping develop methodologies and creating control tools with the goal of further process automation
