Yango Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join Yango Ads in Côte d’Ivoire and drive in-app advertising growth across the Yango super app.

You will be responsible for
• Driving the monetization of in-app advertising within the Yango super app in Côte d’Ivoire
• Collaborating with product and tech teams to optimize ad formats, placement, and user experience
• Identifying and qualifying new business leads across key industries, including telecom, banking and fintech, and FMCG
• Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives
• Conducting market research to identify partnership opportunities and client needs
• Forecasting sales channel performance and managing the sales pipeline to support revenue growth
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure delivery and support upselling
• Coordinating and executing local marketing activities in line with annual sales plans and regional priorities
• Supporting client field activities (promotions, events) to increase visibility and engagement
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media buying, e-commerce, or a related field
• Strong analytical, sales, and business development skills
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and grow an agency partner network at a national level
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel sales management
• Fluent written and spoken English and French
