• A law degree • Strong knowledge of the Civil Code, particularly in property relations • Strong knowledge of trade regulations, consumer protection law, and civil law in supply and services • Excellent knowledge of administrative law related to inspections of legal entities and practical experience in this area • Project management skills • A readiness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment • Confidence in decision-making and interest in non-standard tasks It’d be a plus if you: • Have experience in retail • Have worked with marketing agreements, advertising, or intellectual property • Have litigation experience in lease disputes • Are familiar with enforcement practices in retail, marketing, and advertising in your region
