We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager in Qazaqstan to work with enterprise clients, drive GMV growth, and build long-term partnerships while collaborating across teams.

You will be responsible for
• Searching for, engaging, and developing enterprise customers to ensure Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth
• Developing a client portfolio, maintaining client retention, and identifying solutions that support GMV growth
• Advising clients on service performance matters
• Attracting B2B and B2G enterprise clients to our Taxi service, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and identifying ways to increase trip volumes and GMV
• Selling additional products, advising clients on service features, responding to product-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless support
• Maintaining CRM records, working with internal tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Representing the company at B2B events
You might be a fit if you have
• An understanding of the B2B market landscape in Qazaqstan
• 2+ years of experience in cold sales and acquiring large B2B clients
• Strong negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers and proven examples of success
• An established base of B2B/B2G clients (preferred)
• The ability to process large amounts of information and build client acquisition strategies based on insights
• A proactive approach, stress resistance, and willingness to learn and grow
• Experience preparing and delivering client presentations
• Experience participating in commercial and government tenders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with contracts, revisions, and client portfolio analysis in Excel
• A successful track record of team management
It’d be a plus if you:
• Have experience working in ride-hailing, international, or large IT companies
