The Junior Courier Operations Specialist plays a key role in improving the full courier lifecycle by transforming data into operational insights. In this role, you will analyze performance metrics, support operational reporting, and collaborate with different teams to identify improvements and strengthen courier operations.
You will be responsible for
• Analyzing courier lifecycle performance and identifying improvement opportunities • Building and maintaining operational reports and dashboards • Monitoring key operational KPIs and translating data into actionable insights • Supporting special projects by gathering data and preparing analyses • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes based on findings
You might be a fit if you have
• Recently graduated with a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field • Less than one year of experience in operations, logistics, sales operations, or supply/demand marketplace environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL is a plus) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data • A proactive, ambitious, and hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly
