Yandex Lavka Qazaqstan is looking for an HR Manager (Ops) to build and support HR processes in dark stores. In this role, you will focus on training, assessment, motivation, and development of employees while supporting hiring and HR operations.

You will be responsible for
• Organizing and conducting courses, seminars, and training sessions to develop employee skills and competencies
• Identifying training needs, preparing training programs and plans, and selecting trainers and lecturers
• Monitoring training quality and effectiveness, evaluating results, and collecting feedback
• Measuring and analyzing work results, preparing evaluations, and supporting bonus and reward processes
• Developing assessment systems, defining success criteria and KPIs, and conducting performance reviews
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve employee performance
• Analyzing the labor market, identifying staffing needs, planning hiring timelines, and supporting recruitment processes
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience as an HR Specialist, HR BP, or HR Generalist
• The ability to conduct high-quality candidate assessments
• Knowledge of personnel record-keeping and labor law in the Republic of Qazaqstan
• Experience building employee adaptation and development systems
• Experience building recruitment processes
• Fluent Russian and Qazaq
It’d be a plus if you have:
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
