Yango Group is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist with phone calls and face-to-face interactions in Lima. In this role, you will support users and drivers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth service experience. This is a fully office-based position.*
You will be responsible for
• Providing high-quality in-person support
• Assisting users and drivers with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support needs
• Handling online customer inquiries through internal systems
• Following service procedures, SLAs, and quality guidelines
You might be a fit if you have
• Previous customer service experience (in-person experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic digital skills and the ability to work with internal tools
• Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Completed your education, or have put education on pause
• A personal laptop that can be used when working across different locations in Lima
• Availability to work fully on-site and move between offices when required
• English proficiency (preferred)
