We are looking for a proactive and driven Regional Operations Specialist to develop and manage relationships with logistics partners across Azerbaijan. In this role, you will help scale and improve logistics operations by working closely with partners in assigned cities.
You will be responsible for
• Managing relationships with logistics partners in assigned cities
• Monitoring operational performance and preparing metrics related to partner efficiency
• Analyzing operational data to identify improvement areas and optimize processes
• Supporting logistics partners in improving service quality and operational performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
• Handling additional operational and analytical tasks as assigned by the team lead

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to solving operational challenges
• An analytical mindset and confidence in working with data and performance metrics
• Experience in logistics, operations, or partner management (preferred)
