We are looking for an Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office in Yerevan and ensure that internal processes run efficiently. In this role, you will coordinate office operations, support employees with operational requests, and help maintain a comfortable and well-organized working environment.

You will be responsible for
• Coordinating work with contractors and office departments to ensure seamless operations, as well as interacting with employees by chat and responding to their operational requests in a timely manner
• Ordering inventory for the office, including food and products needed for events, ensuring adequate stock levels, and managing supplies efficiently
• Running tender processes for service and supply contracts, overseeing negotiations, and monitoring the implementation of these contracts to ensure all parties meet their obligations
• Coordinating, organizing, and supervising events in the office, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our standards
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience as an office manager, administrator, or project manager
• Skills in organizing office activities
• The ability to make quick and independent decisions in challenging situations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• A positive and sociable approach, with a readiness to solve complex employee issues with non-standard solutions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confident computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Fluent Russian
