Yango Group is looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to support and develop cooperation with logistics partners and ensure the smooth operation of our delivery service. In this role, you will work closely with courier partners, help improve operational processes, and contribute to the stable growth of the service.
You will be responsible for
• Working with fleet partners and couriers in assigned cities
• Building and maintaining efficient operational flows for courier sourcing, as well as planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations
• Making data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency, safety, and optimization of warehouse and last-mile operations
• Monitoring and analyzing the key performance indicators of courier partner companies
• Supporting partners in maintaining high operational standards and service quality
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience working with logistics or express delivery operations
• A structured mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• A proactive and motivated approach to building and improving processes
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
