• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French • Working knowledge of Lingala or Swahili (preferred for customer interactions in Kinshasa) • English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate clearly • The ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced support environment • A personal laptop or computer with reliable internet and stable power supply (backup preferred) • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support (preferred, but not required) • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays It’d be a plus if you: • Have strong problem-solving skills • Have a customer-first mindset and empathy • Work well in a team and communicate clearly • Adapt easily in a dynamic service environment
