We are looking for someone to handle omnichannel support, make outbound calls, share feature requests with team members, and make sure customer feedback reaches the relevant teams.
You will be responsible for
• Providing timely, accurate support by phone
• Proactively making outbound calls to customers and partners
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
• A genuine interest in helping and communicating with people
• 3+ months of experience in voice support, customer support, or a call center with good problem-solving and conflict management skills
