Yango Group is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance to users and drivers in Caracas. In this role, you will help resolve issues through phone calls and face-to-face communication, support operational processes, and contribute to maintaining a smooth and reliable service experience. This is an office-based role in Caracas, Venezuela.
You will be responsible for
• Providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls and face-to-face assistance • Assisting users and drivers with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support needs • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• A passion for helping and communicating with people • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills • Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish • Confidence interacting with customers in person • Completed education, or education currently on pause • A laptop that you can use in different locations and a reliable internet connection when remote work is required It’d be a plus if you: • Are proficient in English *The terms of cooperation with Yango Group companies and partners may vary from those indicated on the website.
