Hub Expert (Venezuela)

Yango Group is looking for a Hub Expert to support operational and technical activities in Caracas. In this role, you will assist drivers and users, help resolve issues both remotely and in person, and support day-to-day hub operations. You will also conduct training sessions for drivers, provide guidance on using the platform, and contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position.
You will be responsible for
• Providing customer support through inbound and outbound calls and face-to-face assistance • Conducting training sessions to help drivers understand the platform and best practices • Assisting users with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support needs • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams • Supporting onboarding activities and customer satisfaction efforts through follow-up calls and special projects
You might be a fit if you have
