Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for a Support Specialist to help users and drivers in critical situations by chat and phone.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to user messages by chat • Making outbound calls to users and drivers • Handling complex and negative situations • Providing guidance on serious issues that arise during trips
You might be a fit if you have
