Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for a Voice Support Specialist to assist drivers, help resolve their issues, and ensure a smooth service experience.
You will be responsible for
• Assisting drivers by phone and helping resolve their issues
• Handling driver inquiries by chat in an efficient and professional manner
• Working with other teams to improve service quality and internal processes
• Solving driver-related cases and providing guidance to colleagues
You might be a fit if you have
• An excellent command of Kazakh and Russian, including business correspondence skills
• The ability to express your thoughts clearly and concisely
• The ability to work with large volumes of data and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• The ability to make independent decisions
• Confident PC skills
It will be a plus if you:
• Have experience working in a call center
